Pedagogue:

"A teacher, especially a strict or pedantic one."

"Good Morning Students!" - the announcer spoke.

"Welcome to the brand new session of 2020 in Gilbert University of South Korea. Everyone from their respective classes is being requested to return to their scheduled lessons. Your assigned mentors will be volunteering to guide you to your classrooms. We wish you a merry start to this new academic year! Thank you."- the commentator's cheery voice congratulated the first-year students gushing along the now emptying corridor.

"COMING THROUGH!" -warned a rushed voice. Struggling to find an escape from the busy routes hoarded by the newcomers, a stout, young lady pushed through with hands cupped around the steaming hot order of Caramel Macchiato. Her petite shoulders in relation to her smooth curves stood as prominent as the sharp features of a twenty-two year old that adorned her small face. Clad in her cream cardigan she made her way towards the end of the busy hall. 'Department of classical music'; it read.

Grabbing hold of the glazing, silver knob she pushed open the metal door and her eyes were met with the firm back of a significantly small man. Sensing the expected arrival of the lady he turned to face her as a warm smile made its way across his handsome face allowing his full cheeks to protrude at the action. As if on queue, the apprentice at the door returned his gesture with an enthusiastic wide grin and bowed slightly, keeping the beverage in her mind.

"Good Morning Professor Park! I see you are having a good day so far?"-she greeted politely.

"Ah~Ms.Soo! What a merry sight to have you greet me so early today. What's the occasion?"- Jimin replied.

"Nothing special Professor. Your assistant has taken up early morning classes for this week. So I believe I will be serving your morning beverage for a while. Here is your medium-sized Caramel Macchiato with low-fat milk.Did I get that right?"- Sooyoung said placing the warm paper cup on his polished, wooden desk.

"Perfection. Thank you very much. I really needed some caffeine after the rough night in yesterday."-he expressed.

"Glad to be at your assistance Mr. Park. I will take my leave now. My superior must be expecting me soon in his cabin."-she said eyeing the time on the wall clock hung above the projector screen at the center of the classroom.

"Yes of course. Would you mind passing these documents to Mr.Kim when you see him? Also, it would be great if you could ask him to meet me for lunch if he isn't occupied this afternoon."

"I will surely let him know. Chris will be arriving shortly after his classes. Thank you."-she informed before bowing and making her way out of the room.

"GOODBYE MS.SOO!" -she heard him exclaim behind the doors and couldn't help but slightly giggle at his childlike response. 'He is nothing like my boss. No wonder everyone has been swoon by his charms already.' -she thought and headed towards her superior's office.

*KNOCK KNOCK*

"Come in!"- a low tone resounded from behind the set of wooden doors. The sign hung on the nail introducing the one that sat behind the door. 'Prof. Kim Namjoon' - read the initials laid in gold plated letters. Next to it, from what seemed like ruler scratches, the bold word "PEDAGOGUE", had been roughly scribbled on by the epitome of mischiefs. The graduates.

Soo-young only sighed at the little detail before using her sweater sleeve to wipe the metal board clean. Grabbing on to the copper knob she slightly pushed the doors open to allow herself into the realm of what felt like residents of Antarctica. It was bloody freezing inside. Soo felt all the chills climb their way up her neck with each step she took towards the giant who was engrossed into a stack of papers neatly placed onto his desk.

"Good Morning Ms.Soo."-he lazily greeted without bothering to look up to meet her hazel eyes.

"Good Morning Mr.Kim. I apologize for arriving late today. I had to run some quick errands before I made my way to your cabin."-she confessed before slightly bowing to add to her sincere apology. However, she knew it wouldn't help and was trying to prepare herself for what came afterward. She stood back as her small fingers fumbled around with the fur of the cream sweater that her torso was adorned in.

The icy set of dragon eyes slowly rose to look at her pair of shaking orbs.

"Punctuality Ms.Soo,"-he began, "Is what I highly demand from my assistants.
What errand was so important that you decided to abandon your only job in order to complete it?"-he demanded. Professionalism lacing his tone adding to his extremely intimidating posture. Sleeves rolled up, fine pair of glasses on his defined nose bridge as he proceeded to interlock his fingers before them. One firm glance and his assistant could dust into petals right away.

It was only the beginning of the new day and Soo-young had already sensed that she would be heading back home, only to rant out to her roommate about how her day so far had taken a drastic toll on her...
