Flicking through my timetable, I noticed that I had history last period.
That was not something I was willing to do.
I said my goodbyes to my friends and made my way to the nurse's office, already creating an illness in my head. After being dismissed from school, I debated what to do seeing as I rarely got this opportunity (I liked to believe I was a good student and didn't skip school too often). Suddenly, an idea popped into my head and my face slowly lit up as I thought it through.

"Hello, I'm here to pick up Sebastian O'Connor, I was just wondering what classroom he was in?" I smiled sweetly at the receptionist.
"Uh," She looked me up and down with slow disapproval before deciding to let me have the information. "He's in room 54; take the first left, then a right and it's just down that corridor."
"Thank you so much!" I shot her another smile before following the instructions, coming to a stop outside a closed door.
I played games on my phone to pass the time before the class was finally dismissed and the door opened to allow students to trickle out. They were all giving me odd looks and I had to try my hardest not to run away immediately. Sebastian was one of the last to leave the room and, when he did, I jumped on him with a "BOO!"
Instantly, Sebastian whipped round, his hand wrapping around my throat and slamming me against the wall. I let out a large strangled gasp, causing Sebastian's eyes to widen in recognition. His hold on me only lasted for a second though because before I could even process anything, I was pulled into a huge hug.
"Oh my fucking god, Alexa, I am so sorry," Bash separated us and started inspecting my neck.
"I don't think I'll be doing that again any time soon..." I managed to squeak out, trying to lighten the mood.
"Did I hurt you?" He forced me to look directly at him, making me wince.
"A little but it's my own fault,"
"I can't believe I did that, I'm so sorry," Sebastian repeated himself.
"Seriously, I've had worse." I placed my hand on his forearm softly before realising there were three people watching us curiously.
Sebastian noticed me looking at them and turned, confused, before a smile lit up his face.
"Oh, these are some of my friends; Lee, Eden and Hugo." He gestured to each person before introducing me. "Guys, this is Alexa,"
"It's nice to finally meet you," Hugo grinned, leaning against the wall whilst Lee gave me a small wave.
"Finally?" I raised an eyebrow before glancing at a slightly embarrassed Sebastian.
"Sebastian has told us a lot about you," Lee answered me, obviously finding amusement in Sebastian's embarrassment.
"Aww, how sweet of you Bash!" Cooing, I reached up and pinched his cheek.
"Bash?" Eden finally spoke up, her voice hard and snappy.
"It's what Alexa calls me," Sebastian shrugged and slung his arm around my shoulders. "So, whatchya doing here?"
"Skipped school so came to see you obviously,"
"How rebellious," Sebastian words echoed mine from a while back and we both grinned at each other.
"Okay, sorry to interrupt you two lovebirds but we should probably leave the hallway." Hugo spoke up and gestured for us to move along.
"Lovebirds, huh? Maybe we should let my boyfriend know about that, Bash," I laughed lightly to try and disperse the awkwardness that lingered from Hugo's words. When I said that I had a boyfriend, Eden relaxed a little. Someone clearly had a thing for Sebastian.
