The sun was going Down Roc pulled up at cocos house. He rang the doorbell
"Hey chresanto come in" coco said answering the door
"Hey coco" roc said walking In
"Rooc!!" Cailey said running up to roc. She gave him a by hug. Coco smiled and roc did too.
"Hi Cailey how was your day" roc said picking her up
"Good look what I drew " Cailey said showering him a drawing of a heart
"Look here's your name" Cailey said. The heart had everybody's name in it that she loved. It said mommy, roc, uncle ray, uncle prodigy, uncle Princeton, auntie missy, her Best friend raven, and her teacher ms. Johnson.
"It's beautiful.. I love it" roc said smiling at coco
"Lets watch my favorite movie the princess and the frog" Cailey said pulling roc to the living room. Coco followed them.
They were in the middle of watching the princess and the frog. Cailey and coco fell asleep on the couch. Coco yawned and stretched she woke up. Coco was about to pick Cailey up.
"No it's ok i'll do it" roc said
"Thanks"
Roc picked Cailey up and took her to her bedroom. He pulled back the sheets put her down tucked her in then kissed her forehead.
"Goodnight my little princess" roc whispered to her
"Roc" Cailey said in a soft voice with her eyes half open
"Yes" roc said quietly
"Are you my daddy " Cailey said
Roc hesitated to answer "umm... I .... Can't say"
"Y not" Cailey said
"Because.... It's past your bedtime" roc said
"Oh... Goodnight roc"
"Goodnight" roc said leaving closing the door
When roc got back out to the living room coco was taking the DVD out of the tv
"Can I talk to you" roc said
"Yea what is it" coco said turning her body towards him
"Cailey asked me something and idk what to say"
"She asked you if you were her dad didn't she"
"How did you know that"
"I've known her her whole life and that sounds like something she would say" coco said gently pulling rocs hand
They sat on the couch talking about what they would do the next time Cailey bought that up again.when they were finished they sat on the couch staring into each others eyes in silence. Roc was trying to fight the urge to kiss her
"It's getting late I think Imma head home now " roc said getting up
"Ok see you tomorrow?" Coco asked following him to the door
"Yea i'll be back.... Tomorrow" roc said meeting her eyes again
Roc's POV
Idk what it is about her but every time I see her I want to kiss her. Her lips just look so soft and her eyes are just so beautiful. I'm just going to tell her how I feel and if she doesn't feel the same way i'll try to move on
"Coco I have to tell you something before I leave"
"What is it" she said with concern in her eyes
"I... *breaths* I still love you... I never stopped and I don't think I ever can. I'm not asking you to love me back I just"
She wrapped her arms around my neck and started kissing me. I was surprised at first but I calmed down and deepened the kiss. She stopped kissing me.
"Your still the same" she said with a side smile
"Wait so does that mean"
"Bye chresanto" she saying leading me out the door
Coco'a POV
I can't believe he still fells that way. I thought walking to my bedroom.
