Forbidden

I sat on a seat that is used for the photoshoot, surrounded by the staffs and cameraman, I started posing.

Beside me is Alice, this is our first photoshoot and ang sabi samin ay pagkatapos nito ay start na ng recording namin.

Finally, we're going to debut, I'm happy, not for myself though. I'm happy for Alice dahil after 3 years of training ay magdedebut na siya. Magkasama pa kami. We're a duo.

But of course, I'm not the happiest person here. It's Alice, halatang halata mo ang saya sa kanya and she looked so cheerful today.

Ang mga staffs ay mukhang nahawa sa kasiglahan niya. They keep on smiling and laughing with her.

"Wow what a nice duo, a cheerful one and a serious one. Perfect." Napangisi ako sa sinabi ng camera man.

Me? Serious? I'm not, I just don't know how to express myself dahil hindi naman ganito sa amin. We always deal with things with class, elegance and seriousness. Well except of course when I'm with Erebus. I'm most comfortable with him, duh he's my husband.

I am enjoying this mortal life really, hindi lang halata.

"Nyx move closer to Alice, then look at the camera, fierce look. Okay that's great!" Then the camera clicked.

I am wearing a black backless gown while Alice is wearing a white one, same look with mine, kulay lang ang pinag kaiba.

"Alice what's our concept?" I asked Alice nang nasa dressing room na kami para magpalit.

The photoshoot is done, pupunta na kami sa sunod na lugar para magrecord.

"Hmm light and dark." Wow. At ako ang dark? Ang galing. Napairap ako dahil dito, kaya naman pala magkaiba ang kulay ng suot namin.

"I asked ate Mia about the flow and sabi niya yung story ng music video and song is galing tayo sa magkaibang sides the light and the dark, you're from the dark side but you're against your law at dahil diyan ay naging matalik tayong magkaibigan and with both of us being friends, we fought for what is right and boom nagkaisa ang lahat. Beautiful story isn't it?" Napatango ako. Whoever think of this story is good.

"The story is good. I like it." Masaya itong tumango.

Nang makarating kami sa lugar kung saan gaganapin ang recording ay sinalubong kami ni Mia.

She looked at the time and looked at me after.

"The recording is moved after tomorrow, bukas ay free time niyo so you can do anything you want. So yeah, you can go home now." I frowned pinapunta niya kami rito para sabihin yan?

But Alice being your cheerful girl smiled widely.

"Wooh! That's great, nakakapagod ang araw na ito at gusto kong magpahinga. So pano ba yan? Bye! Mauuna na ako Nyx." Nakipagbeso pa ito sa akin bago kumaway habang naglalakad palayo.

"Oh wag ka magalit, iniba ko ang schedule niyo dahil bawal ka abutin ng gabi. Alis na, it's already 5pm." Pagtataboy nito sa akin. Tinanguan ko ito ay kiming ngumiti bago nilayasan.

"Ereb!" I called out once I arrived at our place, he spread out his arm, waiting for me to go and hug him so that's what I did.

"My celebrity is here. I missed you." I chuckled and looked at his face, he looked so cute while looking at me with his paawa face.

I can't believe that he's the God of War. Right now he looked like a child that wants to be babied by me.

"I missed you too. How's you day?" I asked.

"Fine, missing you like always." Aww my poor husband. Wala naman kasi itong ginagawa rito madalas.

"I bet ginulo mo si Thanatos or Hypnos because of your boredom." That's what he always do, paborito niyang guluhin ang dalawa kapag wala ako at bored na siya. And the two always end up getting pissed.

"Whatever. How's your life as a mortal?"

"Tiring but it's fun. May oras pa naman para gumala." He nodded.

Speaking of gala.

"You should go with me sometime in the Museum about us." Tumaas ang kilay nito dahil sa sinabi ko.

"There's such thing like that?"

"Yes, and all of the things there are accurate. Why is that?" I asked. Baka kasi alam niya.

"Baka dahil nung una naman ay malayang nakakapag usap ang mortals at mga tulad natin. Natigil lang naman ito dahil nagdesisyon si Zeus na isa na yon sa mahigpit na ipinagbabawal. Ang makipag usap sa mga mortal using our God forms." Napatango ako.

Bakit ko nga ba nakalimutan iyon? Malaya kaming nakikipag usap sa mga mortal dati, kaya lang simula ng muntik ng hindi bumalik si Poseidon dito sa amin ay pinagbawal na iyon ni Zeus. Poseidon is willing to give up his position and Zeus can't accept it kaya he forbid us to stop talking to the mortals in our God forms.

Right. That's the reason bakit ang daming alam ng mga mortal sa amin. Malamang the stories about us passed down through the present generation.

Totoo naman ang lahat ng nakalagay doon at walang nakasaad na may ginawa akong masama tsk why the heck does this mortals think that I'm evil? Just because of my dark nature huh? Pathetic.

I stopped thinking about it at napatingin ako sa langit ng marinig ang kulog at kidlat. What?

"What's his problem this time?" I asked in an annoyed tone.

He is ruining my night! Not completely though, maganda rin naman ang kidlat sa paningin lalo na pag gabi, kaya lang ay maaari siyang makapatay ng mortal!

Erebus shrugged. Nakita ko namang papalapit si Astraea sa pwesto namin. She looked so calm while heading towards us.

"Persephone came to Zeus without Hades knowing so Hades is so angry at Zeus because he thought Zeus' target is his wife. They're arguing right now." I rolled my eyes.

This is not the first time that this happened tsk. I noticed that there are some black smokes slowly spreading in my night sky.

I sighed and started making the smoke disappear, my night will be ruined pag tuluyan na itong kumalat. Gahd these siblings, I wanna make them sleep right now so that this will stop.

I can do that but I chose not to because I'm sure that once they're awake tomorrow, they'll continue arguing and it will ruin Hemera's day light. Mahihirapan ito, she's not as powerful as me.

"When will they stop?" Erebus asked while watching me making the smokes disappear and calming the storm. I will not let them ruin my night.

"Maybe after 2-3 hours? Last time they argue it lasts for 10 hours but now hindi iyon tatagal dahil andun si Hera." Selene who just came stated.

I sighed again. This will be a long night.
