Materials:
Bandana
Hair ties
Procedure:
Lay your bandana flat.

Fold the bottom of the bandana up to the middle.

Fold one more time, so the bandana is 1/4 of the original size.

Slide a hair elastic onto each side of the folded bandana.

Fold one side in, and open it up to create a hole-like opening.

Fold the other side in, this time tucking it into the opening. Safety pin it in place.
