New Pencils

Tape

Paint

(Optionally) Metallic Sharpies

Paintbrush

Procedure

Take your pencil and put tape where the eraser part is.

Then paint your pencils with your paint.

Wait for it to dry then draw designs on your pencil with your sharpies. You can also cover the green part of the pencils if it clashes with your colors.
