Chapter 1 Lauren's Pov

I woke up to the most annoying sound in the world...

My alarm clock

I groaned and got out of bed I rubbed my eyes and walked to my closet. I picked out a pair of black high wasted shorts and paired it with my black long sleeved crop tops. To lazy to straighten my hair I kept my natural waves. I walked into my washroom and applied my daily makeup routine. After I was done I walked over to my night stand and unplugged my phone, to see that I had got a text from my best friend Chloe saying she would drive me to school with her this morning. I quickly replied and ran downstairs into my kitchen to find my mom and sister stuffing their faces with pancakes. "Good morning Lauren" my mom greets me as she kisses my cheek. "morning ma , Chloe's driving me to school with her this morning" I said smiling. I walked over to Kristina and stole one of her pancakes just as I did there was a honk outside. "Not fair Lauren get your own" she scolds me. "that's Chloe outside bye guys" I yelled walking out of the kitchen and over to the door. I slipped on my black vans, slung my purple jans sport on my shoulder and walked out my front door over to Chloe's BMW. "Hey Chloe" i said as I hopped in the passenger seat, "hey girl how are you?" she asked as she started driving. "I'm okay ugh I'm really not feeling school today" I say as I started changing the radio stations. until I came across Animals-by maroon 5. "JUST LIKE ANIMALS, ANIMALS LIKE ANIMALS-MALS" I started singing really loud. "oh my god Lauren shut up were here now" Chloe said and started laughing. We got out of her BMW I grabbed my bag and walked towards the front door's with her. At the corner of my eye I spotted Sam and Jack Gilinsky against the brick wall. ugh how I hate Sam. We finally got into the school and we walked to our lockers. "Chloe I'll see you at lunch" I yelled over to her. I walked up to my first period class and took my seat.

I met up with Chloe and we walked into the cafeteria. "Chloe I'm going to go grab a salad want anything?" I asked as I walked over to the food.
