Chapter 3

I wake up, take a bath, eat, do my morning routine. Everything was normal except the thought that kept bugging me. Who the heck was N? What if it was Nathan? Why would he want to be my partner? Ugh, this is so annoying. I just need to clear my mind and go to work. It'll be cleared up there.

Walking towards my office, I notice someone rummaging through my things. As I get closer I realized who it was. "You've got to be kidding me." I groan and speed over to Nathan. "What are you doing here?"

He chuckles and puts back a photo frame of me and Karla. "That your girlfriend?"

"What's it to you?" I roll my eyes and place my bag on the table.

"Is she or not?"

"No. Even if she was, why would you care?" I sit on my chair and start up my computer.

"Rude much?"

I look at him and my mouth gapes open. Me? Rude? Me? Really? "Uh, I'm not the rude one."

"So where's my space?" He changes the subject. Wow, bipolar much?

"Why do you want to be my partner?"

"You're fun to mess with." He shrugs and continues to look through my things. "Besides, I got fired from my last photography job and my dad talked to your boss and bam! I'm in." He smiles proudly and sits on the counter.

"You're so annoying." I roll my eyes and log in to my computer. "I don't even need a partner. The shots I take are fine enough."

"You want me to leave?"

"Yes." No.

"Too bad," he shrugs and gives me a smirk. Gosh, how can he be so cute and annoying? Why does it have to be him? Ugh, why can't I be deeply interested in Emilio? I wouldn't even be acting like this if Emilio interested me more than Nathan. But that's not the case, Nathan is a bad boy and everyone loves bad boys. Especially me. "So tell me about yourself."

"Why?"

"We are going to be partners so why not?" He presses. "C'mon, tell me the basics."

"Okay," I look at him, "my last name is Bieber, middle is Drew, I like the color red, I have a few tattoos, and I am gay. Your turn."

"Last name is Sykes, favorite food is everything, and I'm bisexual." Nathan shrugs and takes out his phone.

"Well duh, I know- wait what?" Did he say -b i s e x u a l-? No, no I need to clean my ears.

"What?"

"You're.. Bisexual?" My voice is a whisper, almost like if this was a secret no one should hear.

"Yeah."

Oh my gosh.. He... He is! He's bisexual! What the hell? This is like a break through Holy cheese nuggets! "Oh my god no way in hell what?!" Maybe we do have a chance! Ugh, Karla is always right I love her so much right now.

Woah. How do I know he'd be interested though? I don't.. Ugh f-m-l.

"You sound so excited." He looks at me with a blank stare which makes me embarrassed. I turn back to my computer and continue looking through my paper.

"Me? Naw." I shrug as if I wasn't happy at all that he's bisexual.

"Hey Justin, want to grab something to eat?" Emilio smiles down at me.

"Yes, I'm starving." I groan and stand up.

"Who's that?" Nathan asks, more so commands.

"Emilio," I turn to Emilio, "this is Nathan, my partner."

"Hey, nice to meet you." Emilio extends his hand out to Nathan, but he ignores it. "Ok... Justin ready?"

"Yeah let me just-,"

"He can't go." Nathan blurts.

Emilio and I both turn to him and Nathan's cheeks begin to turn pink. Awee... That's so fracking cute. No, no Justin. "What do you mean?"

"We are suppose to be going to lunch, together. You and I," he glances at Emilio with a look saying "leave or I kill you".

"But-,"

"It's fine. We have a date this Friday anyway, don't forget Bieber." Emilio winks at me and leaves.

Oh right.. The date. That'll make me forget about Nathan. Hopefully..

"A date? You're going on a date?" Nathan looks at me like if I'm crazy. He even looks.. Jealous? Gasp, what if he's jealous. Oh my gosh that means he likes me right? He wants to fuck me I know.

"Yup. Jealous?" I smirk.

"What?" He composes himself and shakes his head. "No."

I roll my eyes for the hundredth time today, because of him, and grab my man purse. Because I'm a man. "Whatever. So where are we eating?"

"This one place down the street. It's really good Mexican food." Nathan smiles, changing moods once again, and stands from his chair. "You'll like it, trust me."

"Okay, I do."

Do I trust him? Should I even trust him? Oh whatever. We are going on a date, even if he won't admit it. I'm sure he's jealous and if I'm honest, I think I'll be having fun with these new facts I have about Nathan now.
