Damien's POV

To say I was content was an understatement I had waited years for her to be finally in my arms like this. I I watched her as she slept soundly I know this will be very confusing to her but I rather have that than her bieng in danger ...

I think back to the first time I had seen her she looked weak , scared, fragile and all I wanted to do was to protect her with all my might and I knew from that day I would because I loved her she was only 10 years of age and I was 17 at the time but all I knew was she was going to be mine .

I come back to my senses when I hear her whimper my eyes wander over her body or how I just want to ravish her here and now but I know she's not ready for that yet but she will be soon enough with that thought I make my way to take a cold  shower yet again she does not know what she does to me even in her sleep .

I walk back into our room and she awake and she looks tired "morning amore how was your sleep "I ask without looking at her directly "good" she says while covering her self with the sheets.

"I hope you have enough energy because this evening will be your welcome gathering " I hear her whining and I chuckle I motion her to me so she can fix my tie she come forward and does so I bring her waist to my body and whisper into her ear " don't worry amore it will only be for a meet and greet then you and I can come home and could have a taste of you again" I feel her shiver within my arms "does that sound good my love" I say after I peck at her delicate lips .

"Yes" she says in a whisper while blushing and avoiding eye contact with me .

"Good now kiss your husband good bye" she does so and I leave her to rest as much as she can because tonight she will need it I smirk at that thought my little amore will be ravished this evening.

I walk into the  meeting with my second in command Leo also in toll my men and I take a seat in front of me is a whip of a man one with no loyalty and no morals" what can I do for you Mayor ".

"I need some money Don" I look away from my paper work and lean forward toward him "and why is that didn't give you a quarter of a million just last month " . Ye ye yes Don it is so but I need more " I narrow my eyes at him and say "No" ." Take him away" I tell my man .

" Please Don I beg of you I have a family to feed " ."I said to take him away my voice booms " my man carry him out before that he says something that catches my attention " Wait I tell my man .

"What were saying Mayor" I say as I stand up so I'm in front of him " Roman Bamanino is back in town and your name has been though his lips "he says ." Is that so say I look at Leo then back at him he nods towards me I take out my pistol and shoot him in the head thrice .

" Clean this up" I say to my men. " I need to talk to  father about settling his odd scores
