It's been a month since we had our gender reveal, and I have been doing extra shifts at the clinic to save more money for the baby. And Stiles has taken more shifts at the restaurant.

My baby bump is still able to be covered, but it's a little harder to cover it now. Our little baby girl has started to kick already.

Stiles and I have been a little stressed recently because we're not sure where the baby is going to live when she's born. We had a few arguments over it but nothing too major.

In a few hours Lydia and I are meant to be going to the mall to find some stuff for the baby. So I get into the shower.

I turn the handle and let the warm water cascade down me. I wash my hair but stay in the shower until the water starts to burn my skin.

I lay on my bed waiting for Lydia.

After 10 minutes of going through Instagram I hear a knock at the door.

I head downstairs to see Derek speaking to Lydia.

"y/n, where are you guys going?" Derek asks.

"oh uh, well I've saved up money from the clinic and we're going to go see if I can get anything for the baby."

"oh, one sec." he says before heady up stairs."

"whats he doing?" Lydia asks.

"I have no clue." I say as I hear his foot steps up stairs. "any way do you even know any places where I could get baby stuff?"

"uh I know a few places at the mall, I got my cousin a present for her baby when she was pregnant."

"uh do you know how much some of the things are?" I ask worried that i don't have enough money.

"uh not exactly, but I think the most expensive thing will be the crib but I ca-" shes gets cut off by Derek.

"here," he says whilst handing me money.

"what? I cant-"

"oh, come on y/n. Just take it, it's to help my little sister and my neice so take it and get some of what you need with it." he says clearly that he's not gonna let me leave with out it.

"are you sure?" I ask.

"yes, I don't need anyways."

"i uh... Thank you" I say whilst hugging him.

" no need to thank me."

"shall we get going?" Lydia asks with a smile.

"yeah, bye der see you later." I say whilst walking out the door.

"bye y/n/n" Derek say just before I close the door.

*at the mall*

"how much did Derek give you?" Lydia asks.

"almost 2 hundred." I say gratefully "why?"

"I was just wondering. That could help alot with the crib, so let's go and get that first."

"uh sure, but do you know where we can get one from."

"follow me."

I walk with Lydia until we reach a store that has a load of baby stuff in the windows.

"um excuse me? Um can you direct us to where the cribs are?" lydia politely asks a member of staff.

"of course" she says with a bright smile then leads to the cotts.
