The comfortable feeling you had been forming began to fade away at Namjoon's words. You instinctively pulled back, curling in on yourself, even as Taehyung held your hand for support.
"Scary how?" you asked, cursing the weakness in your voice.
"Both Yoongi and I are large predator animals," Namjoon explained, "We are large and look like a larger version of our full-animal counterparts. Neither of us would ever hurt you, but I also don't want you to feel intimidated."
Little did he realize, his words were intimidating you even more than his potential form. You hadn't thought to be nervous again, but what he was saying was reminding you of why you were in the first place. Breaking the tension, Jeongguk leaned over from his side of the couch, planting his head into your lap.
"Don't worry,: he grinned up at you, "Joon is more puppy than predator. Plus, you've got me right here."
You returned his sweet smile, feeling like you had some confidence back again. Looking up at Namjoon, you bit your lip nervously but nodded for him to continue. Standing at the same time, Yoongi and Namjoon gave you different looks. Namjoon's seemed almost apologetic, while Yoongi's was more playful and cocky. Taehyung reached over and covered your eyes, confusing you until you heard a chuckle and the sound of clothing being removed. When he removed his hand, you looked up and instantly felt another panic attack rise in your chest.

Taehyung cupped your face, forcing you to look at him, "It's still just Joon ad Yoongi, okay?" his deep voice was slow and smooth, "They won't hurt you."
As if to prove Taehyung's point, Namjoon stepped forward slowly, lowering his head in a submissive manor even though his aura was highly dominant. Jeongguk sat up from your lap, taking your hand and pulling it slightly forward toward the wolf's nose. With a look in your eye, the big animal nudged his muzzle under your hand, encouraging you to touch him. His fure was rougher than Jin's had been, but still thick and fluffy, the look of canine content on his face when you scratched his ears making you giggle. The panther had come around to the side of the couch, stretching forward over Taehyung until you could run your hand over its broad head and feel its sleek, satiny fur. You tensed for a moment when Yoong emitted a low rumble, relaxing again when you realized it was the panther equivalent of a purr.
