Chapter 6

Blaire's POV

"She's here nga ate and how could kuya brought her here?"

"Minimise your voice Annika. We might wake her up."

I groaned upon hearing two people's voices that both familiar to me. Slowly, I opened my eyes to look those who disrupted my sleep.

"Ate Blaire is already awake, ate." It's Annika's voice.

Lalo lang akong umungol ng makaramdam ng sakit pagkaupo ko ng kama. Fucking hangover. I scanned the while surrounding. So indeed, I slept at Gabriel's room.

The memories from last night were stucked inside my head and I know I'm not totally drunk that time kaya sariwa pa ang mga ala-ala sa isipan ko.

"Ate Blaire, are you alright? Hangover?" My gaze went to Sophia when she sat beside me at the bed looking worried.

"I'm alright Sophia but how did you know?" I asked her since I was curious about what she have said.

"I might eighteen but I knew what adult's do." Then she giggled and when I looked at Annika, her forehead creased. Such an innocent young lady.

"Where's your kuya?" I suddenly asked them since ang alam ko I was with him for a whole night.

He took care of me. He did remove my makeup too but of course he didn't change my clothes. I'm still wearing his hoodie and underneath of it was my outfit I wore last night.

"At the veranda I think. Not sure but you can check him out there." She answered me pero bakas pa din ang kakaiba sa mga mata niya.

What is she thinking right now? She's giving me a deep stares. As if I did something wrong. I want to read Sophia's mind baka ano na ang iniisip niya sakin.

"Ate Blaire, breakfast was ready for you downstairs. Mom told us to accompany you when you awake." I smiled at Annika's innocent face.

I can't help but to mesmerised of their eyes lalo na ngayon na tinatamaan ng araw. I stood up and fixed the bed first. I noticed Sophia's gaze at me, .to the hoodie I'm wearing perhaps.

I know she knew whose the owner of this hoodie. Well I shouldn't be bothered. I already have an answers in case she will throw me a lot of questions.

"Let's go downstairs?" Yaya ko sa dalawa and they both nodded.

Annika held my hand habang nakasunod lang si Sophia samin. I love peace and silence but not the silence of Sophia right now. I prefer her to say it out loud to me than giving me an unknown stares.

Sunshine toast, omelette and a herbal tea greeted my sight as we went downstairs. Hindi na ako nag-aksaya pa ng oras. I took the sunshine toast and omelette in my mouth.

I don't know why but naganahan na lang ako bigla. I drank the tea at kahit papano nawala ang pagkahilo ko ng konti. Inalok ko silang dalawa but they refused dahil tapos na daw silang magbreakfast.

"Kuya cooked that for you ate." I lifted my head and stare at Sophia.

"Really? Magaling pala magluto ang kuya mo. Good for him." Me trying to lighten the atmosphere. Sobrang seryoso kasi ni Sophia.

"Yeah. We're all shocked. He woke up early just to cook that. Mom insisted to do it but he refused. He wants to do it by himself." My forehead creased upon hearing it dahil parang may gusto siyang ipaibig sabihin.

I forced to smile because I'm not comfortable the way she stares at me. Dinalian ko ang pagkain since I need to go back to my parents and change clothes.
