Personality: Projects himself as cold and ruthless, shows to have almost no mercy on the battlefield except for taking a life. His real personality is one that's cautious, selfless and more passive out of battle.
Appearence: Tatsuya maintains his black hair, has lightly tanned skin and stands about 5'10. He has scared tissue at around his neck that he covers with a red scarf

Clothing: Tatsuya wears an black version of the American Admiral Outift, mostly wearing the large jacket like a rigid Cape
Armaments: 3x Triple 46 cm Guns, 4x Triple 15.5 cm guns, 6x Twin 12.7 cm guns, 8x Triple 25 mm guns, 2x Twin 13.2 mm machine guns.
Backstory: Tatsuya was mostly unsure of his duty during his time serving in Sakura Empire. Betraying Azur Lane, and joining up with the Sirens all just to ensure that they had the better advantage in surviving, there were too many liabilities in play that could happen. The Siren's were creatures that couldn't be controlled, so after the attack on Pearl Harbor and seeing what happened to the ships there he wrote himself off as MIA and left Sakura Empire to help Azur Lane with any repairs needed. His appearance wasn't welcomed, which he expected since a lot of ships were lost in the battle but he still worked hard to try and gain their trust so that they could see that he came here genuinely to help
Likes: Spending his freetime by either writing books, or cooking meals for kids that want to try some other food items. Some of the ships of Azur Lane that have grown to welcome him and being able to tell some of the ships some stories of when Sakura Empire was apart of Azur Lane
Dislikes: The Sirens, Crimsons Axis(Mostly Sakura Empire) and any disrespectful slurs or writing directed to him for being a former member of Sakura Empire
Others: He replaced the Japanese flag painted on his ship by painting over it the flag of Azur Lane, and still carries with him the Katana he was given after passing the test
