Chapter thirty eight: The fight 🦋

"Guess I'm not who you expected?" Ryland said with a small face.

"What do you want Ryland?" I snapped back. His eyes widened at me when I said that.

"I just wanted to say sorry and I wanted to explain. I really love you Bella." Ryland started to say.

"No Ryland! You don't love me. You never did, if you did love me or even care about me you wouldn't have done that to me." I said with small tears running down my face.

"But I do love you and I do care about you. Dixie said she would hurt you." Ryland said, moving to sit down next to me.

"Dixie could never hurt me and the fact that you think she could means you don't know anything about me." I said, moving away from him.

"Bella! Come over here there's this thing I wanna show you!" I heard Nessa shout.

I stood up and walked over to Nessa and Ryland followed me. Nessa was standing over a snake.

I screamed and ran away. "Nessa! You know I hate snakes!" I screamed still running away.

"I'm sorry Bebe!" Nessa screamed back at me. "It's gone now, you can come back"

I went back over to Nessa. I looked around to see Ryland, he was a few steps away from us.

Nessa saw I was starring at something. She followed the direction of my eyes and saw Ryland.

"Ryland? Your staring at Ryland even after he cheated on you?" Nessa asked me angrily.

"No! No! No! He was talking to me earlier and I wanted to see if he had left or not! I would never go back to someone that cheated on me like that." I said while snapping my fingers on the word 'that'.

"If you say so b." Nessa said rolling her eyes and walking over to Ryland. "I'm gonna give him what he deserves."

"Nessa! Don't do that it is ok just leave it!" I said running after her. She got to Ryland and stopped.

Ryland stood up and looked down at Nessa. I looked down at nessa's hand and it was in a fist.

I tried to stop her before she hit him but when I got to her she had already done it.

"Your so lucky that your a girl because other wise i would of beaten your ass already!" Ryland said wiping some of the blood of his face.

"Ryland, you really shouldn't of said that." I said shaking my head. I closed my eyes for a few seconds and when I opened them Ryland had blood dripping down his nose.

"NESSA!" I shouted pulling nessa back from hitting his again. She scratched my arm with her nails to get out of my grip.

"Let go of me Bella before I hit you!" Nessa said trying to move her way out.

"No! Also you would never hit me." I replied. She turned around and hit me. I let go and fell to the floor.

I got up and pushed her down. I pinned her to the floor and hit her. She tried to get up but I kept holding her down.

Someone pulled me of nessa and held me back. "LET GO OF ME!" I screamed. Kio, Quinton, and Nick all came running up to us.

"YOU BITCH!" Nessa shouted back at me. I got out of who I guessed was Ryland's grasp and ran over to nessa and hit her again.

Nessa went to hit me when Kio pulled her away. I gave her a death stare then walked past her.

I walked back over to where all our stuff was and put Payton's sweater on.

I wiped the tears of my face then got my shorts and put them on. I sat down and put my hair up in a bun.

I turned around to see where everyone was, Quinton and nessa where over by the showers cleaning her face, Kio and Ryland were talking and nick was walking towards me.

He came and sat down next to me. We both sat until he broke the silence, "what ever happened back there you beat her ass!"

I laughed then looked at him, "you really think so?" Nick rolled his eyes playfully at me.

"Of course!" Nick replied. I smiled and hugged him. He hugged me back then we both pulled away.

"Do you wanna go back?" Nick asked.

"Yeah. Can you drive me to sway please?" I asked. Nick nodded his head and we both got up.

I got my phone and my shoes then we went to get Ryland. He was still talking with to Kio.

"I'm going to drive Bella back to sway now if you wanna come." Nick asked.

"Yeah I'm coming." Ryland said, he said bye to everyone then we went to the car.

I got in the back and Ryland sat in the passenger seat. "Thanks for driving me nick." I said, turning to look out the window.

"No problem." He replied. Ryland turned on the radio and the song '3 nights' by Dominic fike came on.

I started to sing it quietly but then I started to get louder. Ryland and nick heard me and turned the radio down.

I didn't realize they had turned it down and I was still singing. "Woah!" Ryland said looking at me.

I got really embarrassed and put my head in my hands. I looked up slowly, "Thanks, I guess. I don't really like my singing though."

"Why its really good!" Nick said parking out front of sway.

"It's really not. Again, Thanks for driving me nick." I said opening the door and getting out.

"See you soon." Nick said. I smiled at him then walked away. I knocked on the door and josh answered.

I went inside and sat down on the couch. I pulled out my phone and went on tik tok. I scrolled down my for you page for a few hours and then I fell asleep.
