Chapter 12: Aftermath Part 1

My rage ability had manifested by now. All I could punch was myself. I kept on punching myself in the stomach only to have Rei's ability heal me. "Why wasn't I faster.... I COULD'VE SAVED HER!!!" I screamed. I used my new ability which I had nicknamed "Crimson Punch" to punch a hole through my stomach, only to be healed. Yasu was crying the most as Yuu and Kyo were hugging him. "We should've gotten here earlier. maybe if we hadn't eaten all that food yesterday, we would've saved her..." I said. "This is all my fault. If only I had gotten here sooner. I could've saved her... I could've saved her... I could've saved her... I could've-" "stop Ryoto. It's not your fault." Ren said. I punched him in the face, sending him crashing to the ground. "Kyo, make a coffin and a shovel. We have to give her a proper burial..." I said. Kyo made the items. I headed to the local cemetery. I dug up a hole and put her in the coffin. "I'm sorry Rei..." I said. Yasu was crying a lake over my shoulder. "You should've saved her... YOU LET HER DIE YOU BASTARD!" He said. I punched him in the face like I did to Ren. "I know that... just have a moment of silence for your sister..." I said. I buried the dirt back all while crying really bad. All I could think about was what she told me... we went back to the hotel and packed our things. We went to bed afterwards. I didn't sleep at all. I was to busy think about Rei. The next morning they went to the airport while I went back to the warehouse. I threw a few canisters of gasoline in it, and threw a match. Luckily it was away from the city. The place started catching fire. So I left and went to the airport. We got a plane and went back to Phoenix.
