Chapter 15: The Second Mission! Part 1

We all got ready for this mission. Yasu discussed the area we will be heading towards. "In the old warehouse, not the one you kindly blew up, Ryoto, but in the warehouse I found this." Yasu said as he showed us a strange drawing. It was of a laboratory in the middle of a forest, it was all old and has vines and a tree growing into the side. "I looked for this laboratory and it's actually all the way in Maine!" They said. "Well boys, WE'RE GOING TO MAINE!" I said. "It's gonna take us almost 2 days to get there, not including stops." Yasu said. We all went home and packed. We slept really good that night, knowing we were gonna have another mission! I woke up this morning in the hotel room. I went over to Yasu's house with my luggage after I checked out. He had rented a van, and we all put our stuff in the back. We only brought necessary things, except for Yuu and Kyo. They brought like a whole room. We got in and started driving. We discussed a plan while driving. "So Yuu and Kyo are gonna wall in as a diversion. I will be behind them to use my "Developing Mind" while Yuu uses her attractiveness to distract him. Kyo make us some rope after he's mind controlled. Then once he wakes up, Ren and Ryoto are gonna question him while we find the crystals. We don't know his power though, so be cautious." Yasu said. We all agreed. It was getting pretty late so we went to a rest stop. We got our things and got two rooms. We went to bed almost immediately as we were tired from the car ride. I couldn't fall asleep though. The empty crystal was making the faintest sound. "We might be closer then we think..." I thought. I went to bed a few hours later. We all got up early and ate breakfast. We got our stuff and went back to driving. We were driving all day and night when we finally made it to Maine! We found a rest stop and got two rooms again. We all went to bed, although the empty crystal was making a loud noise. We woke up and packed our stuff in the car. We drove to a parking lot and parked. As we were walking to the forest, I heard a loud scream. "What the heck was that?" I asked. I went to go investigate. I saw a women, and a man. The man was trying to seduce the woman! I punched the guy in the back of his head. "YOU LITTLE PUNK!" He said. Suddenly the girl transformed into somebody else! It was a different girl! They suddenly started to attack me. I managed to escape, but I was lost!

(Ren's POV)

I saw Ryoto coming back. "Hey what was it?" I asked. "Nothing, just some girl freaking out about a snake." He said. "Alright let's keep going." I said. We were walking until I suddenly got knocked out!

(Ryoto's POV)

I was walking through the trees when I saw the man. He suddenly activated his ability! He turned into a object. Suddenly it started moving towards me. I started getting sleepy when I passed out.
