Y/n Aizawa and her husband had never really felt like adopting. They thought that if they were going to have a kid, it would be there own. That was until they saw Eri. She was shy, nervous around everyone, except for around Shota. When Y/n met her for the first time, Eri immediately liked her. Y/n decided to talk to Shota about Eri.
It was a night after they both had patrols. They got back around the same time, and had curled up on their couch. Just to be quiet for a little while.
"Babe?" Y/n asked. "What do you think about Eri?"
"She's nice," he replied. "She needs to learn to control her quirk, and she needs to be better around people but she's really adorable. I think she deserves a good home after what she's gone through."
"What if that home was with us?" Y/n asked. "We're a good home."
Shota looked at her, Y/n thought he was going to call her crazy. Then he smiled slightly.
"I'll call the hospital if you'll call Tsukauchi," he replied.
"Really?" Y/n gasped. "You'd adopt her?"
"Yes," Shota said wrapping his arms around Y/n. "I was going to ask you tonight. Let's go get her right now."
Y/n laughed as he pulled her to her feet off the couch. "It's almost 10:30 at night."
"I don't care," he said. "I don't want to wait one more minute."
"Let me grab my phone," Y/n said. "I'll call Tsukauchi on the way there."
Together they walked out of the house, heading for the car.
