kita finally snapped out of his trance but still looked at you and suna with a gloomy aura surrounding him.
he was on his morning jog but he didn't expect to see a sad and hurtful thing early in the morning.
he likes you and that's why he's hurt but you of course don't know that.
he finally stopped looking at the both of you and continued his jog but you luckily didn't see him and he's thankful for that.
he didn't want you to see that he's sad, knowing you'll ask why.

2:30 pm
it's been a few hours since you've returned home and you could say that today is one of the best days of your life.
suna even changed your name in his contacts to 'shorty' and you squealed so hard you're pretty sure the neighbors heard you.
you were planning to ask kita if he wanted to hang out since after all its been awhile since you guys hang together.
and yes kita the kita shinsuke. believe it or not you're pretty close with him
and you're really thankful that he's one of your best friends.

fine... i'll pick you up.
about 30 minutes or so your mom called you downstairs to say kita's waiting for you.
you took your phone and placed it on the pocket of your hoodie before coming down.
you saw kita wearing a plain black t-shirt, a black jacket, and some grey sweatpants with white sneakers while you wore the same though you were wearing a black hoodie.
mrs. l/n "wow sweetie look at you two matching~"
your mother cooed while you chuckled, failing to notice the light pink blush forming on kita's cheeks.
"hey kita!"
he gave you a small smile to you and your mother before your mother said her goodbyes to the both of you.
"are you ready to go?"
he nodded.
you both decided to go to the arcade and the walk there was filled with a silence but the comfortable kind and yet you didn't notice the sad aura he was emitting.
after 15 minutes or so you finally arrived.
"kita let's play that game over there!"
he nodded and you smiled before running over to the game you pointed. kita chuckled and found your action cute and almost forgot about the scene he saw earlier this morning.
after a couple hours filled with laughter here and there you were finally about to exit the arcade when you saw a claw machine filled with cute plushies.
"kita can I try that claw machine before we go?"
kita shinsuke "sure".
You both walked over to the claw machine and minutes passed and you still haven't gotten the plushie you wanted.
You were starting to feel sad and luckily kita noticed this.
kita shinsuke "hey y/n can I try?"
"sure!"
you then moved over to the side and not even a minute later kita managed to get the fox plushie you wanted and he handed it to you.
"but that's for you, you're the one who won it!"
kita shinsuke "i won it for you".
"wahhh! thank you kita you're amazing".
he ruffled your hair with a slight red tint on his cheeks.
after finally walking out of the arcade you guys found a cotton candy stand just outside and kita offered to buy you one. even though you told him that you could buy it yourself he bought it anyways.
you two finally headed home and you cracking jokes here and there while he told you funny stories of the team when you're not around. the walk home was filled with laughter and it both gave you a smile on both of your faces.
you finally reached home and bid your goodbyes and you gave kita one last smile before entering your house.
once kita saw that you're inside already he started to walk home too with a smile on his face. but then he remembered that one thing he wanted to forget
it's the fact that you like suna.
'Im happy that i made you smile even though it doesn't give you the same feeling suna does'.
