(YN): We're following the Ameld River north in search of artisans who can make clothing and houses for the Goblins. We're heading to Dwargon, the Kingdom of the Dwarves. We're accompanied by Rigur and two other Goblins, and Gobta, who says he's been to Dwargon before, is our guide. The Tempest Wolves that evolved from the Direwolves run as fast as the wind.

Rimuru: Hey, no need to push yourself too hard.

(YN): He means you can go faster!

Ranga: Yes, Masters!

Ranga starts to run faster.

Rimuru: That's not what I meant, (YN)!
-------------------
(YN): Rigur-kun, who gave your brother his name?

Rigur: Sir! I'm told he received his name a passing Demon called Lord Gelmud. He saw promise in him.

(YN): Demon? There are other Demons in this world?

Rimuru: Gel...?

Rigur: Gelmud. He's an officer in the Demon Lord's army.

(YN) & Rimuru: Oh...

(YN): Demon Lord's army?! There's a Demon Lord? Veldora said there was a hero, too... I hope we never end up meeting them. Sounds like nothing but trouble.

We look to Ranga who was taking a drink from the river.

Rimuru: Hey, Ranga...

Ranga: Yes, Masters?

(YN): I killed your father, which means you should want revenge, right? Don't you think about about it at all? I've been wondering that all along...

Ranga: I do think about it. But, Masters, you not only spared us after defeating us in battle, you also gave us a new name. I only have gratitude, and no resentment at all. Our loyalty belongs to you and you alone, Masters.
-----------------
Rigur: I see.

(YN): Gobta.

Gobta: Yes, sir?

(YN): What is the town we're heading for like?

Gobta: W-Well... It's officially called the "Armed Nation of Dwargon." It's a beautiful city constructed from a modified natural cave system, and it's home to not just the dwarves, but elves, humans, and lots more.

Rimuru: Elves?!

(YN): One thing they don't know about Rimuru is that he has a massive elf fetish.

Gobta: The dwarf king, Gazel Dwargo, is known as the Hero King. He's deeply admired by all his people.

Rimuru: Elves... Elves...

Rigur: Rimuru-sama?

Rimuru comes backs to reality.

Rimuru: I-Is okay for monsters like me and (YN) to enter Dwargon?

Rigur: No need to worry. Dwargon is a neutral free-trade city. All fighting is prohibited by the king.

(YN): Fascinating...

Rigur: And that's made possible by the Armed Nation of Dwargon's immense military might. It's said that the dwarven army has been undefeated for a thousand years.

Rimuru: A thousand years?

(YN): That's an impressive record! No one would be dumb enough to get on that king's bad side.

Gobta: Last time I went there, they picked a fight with me outside the gate...

Rigurd: There won't be any trouble!
