We arrive at a giant tree that had a large door at its base.

Rimuru: This has to be the entrance. So the Dwelling of Spirits is right inside here.
(YN): That waitress' tip was on point.
I turn back to the students.
(YN): Are you guys ready for this? Once we go in, we may never come out.
Kenya: O-Of course I'm ready!
Gale: Yes!
Ryota: I'm fine.
Alice: I-I'm not scared at all!
Chloe grabs my sleeve and nods with a slight hesitation. I give her a confident smile and pet her on the head.
Rimuru: Ranga, if something happens, take care of them.
Ranga: Your students are my students, Masters. I will protect them with my life!
(YN): All right. Let's go.
When Rimuru and I put our hands on the doors to open the doors, they somehow open on their own with no effort from us. We head inside and down the single path of the long corridor.
Ryota: It's just a straight path.
Alice: What is this? For a labyrinth, this looks easy!
Ryota: B-But something seems weird about it.
Rimuru: Whatever you do, don't wander away from the group.
Alice, Ryota, Gale, Kenya, & Chloe: R-Right!
(YN): It looks like a straight path, but there are traps here to confuse your sense of direction all over the place. We might end up unable to either move forward or go back, with just human senses alone. I'm glad we have our mental maps.
I stop everyone when the sound of laughter and giggles in our heads.
Kenya: What are those voices? Where are they coming from?
Gale: It sounds like they're resonating in our heads.
(YN): What do you think this might be, Rimuru? Telepathy?
Rimuru: Possibly, or some powerful thought transference.
Girl: Not very amusing, visitors. Be more afraid. Feel more fear!
The students shake and panic from the eerie voice.
Girl: Good, good! It's no fun for me if show no fear!
(YN): Are you a spirit who resides here? We need to talk some superior spirits. If possible, could you take to them without impeding us?
The voice laughs at us.
Girl: What an amusing thing to say! Of course, of course. I'll tell you.
