"KYLR! Hurry up, you guys needed to be there yesterday!" A dark-haired girl sighs as she sits up on her bed, her blue eyes shine with the sunlight streaming through her window. She gets out of bed and quickly gets dressed, pulling on a grey muscle tee, and her dark green and black flannel over it. She yanks on a pair of dirty blue jean shorts, with the pockets peeking out, and slides on worn down combat boots over grey socks.

She quickly looks around, noticing that her incense is still burning as smoke streams off, providing the sweet aroma of vanilla. The smoke in her bedroom gives it a mysterious quality, as everything inside her room is monochromatic black, and she has a lot of animal skulls and bones on mantelpieces. She smirks, and walks over to her closet and pushes open the doors quickly to have her suitcase fall from the ledge. She springs back as it misses her feet, and she laughs as she picks it up. Having already packed her bags the night before, she goes to the bathroom and starts to brush her hair out, looking at the clock. "Shit." She mutters as the clock turns to 9:00. She tosses her brush into her backpack and grabs her cell from her bedside table. Throwing her backpack over her shoulder and duffel bag over the other, she runs out the room with her suitcase trailing behind her. She runs down the steps, with it bouncing behind her, and when she reaches the ground floor, her family stands there.

"Finally. Kent, grab her suitcase, you guys need to leave." A blonde, beautiful, and tall woman says as she ushers a younger boy outside.

"Kobi, come on." An older man with short jet black hair says while shoving a bag into the back of a red van.

"Don't you wish you had teleportation, dad?" A younger man, but older than her, says, and he laughs.

"Yes, I do, now get in your car before I make you ride with us." He says, and the young man scoffs but walks around to a black 1969 boss 429 Mustang. A younger guy, with slightly lighter hair and darker blue eyes, and another with black hair and pale blue eyes follow him, and they all get in while Kobi, the girl, and a boy her age get into the van.

"Bye, kids, be good." The woman says, and Kobi yells out in response.

"Bye, mom!" Everybody else waves bye, and the two cars pull out of the driveway and make their way out of town. About an hour later, they're driving down a wide dirt road and at the end of it are large black gates and following that, a large castle-like-mansion. The gates open up upon their approach, and Kobi, in the back, looks through his window in awe.

The two cars park side-by-side, and everybody starts getting out. "Alright, kids, orientation is in an hour, so you'll have some time to find your rooms. Kylr, I'll be taking your brothers to the boy's wing, you'll be okay on your own, right?" Their dad asks, and the girl nods her head while pulling a couple of bags from the trunk. She watches her brothers walk off with her dad while she's left alone to find her room. She walks towards the girl's wing as she listens to her brothers, messing around fade into the background. She climbs the steps to the fifth floor and walks to the end of the hallway to room 549. She uses the key she got in the mail and opens the door to see a tall redhead and a short blonde already there, in the main room. They both look at the sound of the door, and she smiles sheepishly.

"Hi." She says, and the two girls smile back.

"Roommate! I'm Alexandra, but my friends call me Ally, and this is my older sister Melanie, or Mel." The shorter blonde says, and the redhead waves.

"I'm Kylr." She says, and the girls nod.

"Uh, we already took that room so you and our fourth roommate can share the other one. Come on." Mel says, picking up Kylr's duffel bag while Ally skips, to drag her suitcase to the room on the right. Kylr follows the two into the room to see it has light grey walls and black furniture and black painted doors.
