Diabolical threats

Lurking inside a confused mind

Always ready to strike

Creeping up from behind

To tear you up from inside.

Satanic chains

Holding a damaged soul

Never letting go

Unable to be whole

Killing every inch of pride

Devilish torture

Bruising a broken heart

Constantly beating down

Ripping me apart

And there's nowhere to hide

Evil nightmares

Always visiting after dark

Chanting the same things

Leaving another mark

Memories can be so unkind...
