We walked about two blocks, my hand in his wrist. Until we stop infront of this luxurious building. I mean I thought my building was nice, but compared to Chris' s building we lived in a run down motel.
We got in the elevator, and hit the button for the top floor. The Pent house suite. He had to be filthy rich, some kind of music producer, or basketball player or something.
"You know I really am sorry about the shirt" He said while interrupting the akward silence of the elevator.
"Really it's fine." I said as we reached the top floor. We walked out if the elevator and into a glorious living room. And when I say glorious I mean chandelier hanging from the ceiling, glass walls, all white furniture everything. This man was loaded.
With his large hand still on my wrist he lead me through many rooms until finally we got to what I assume was his bedroom. We walked into a GIGANTIC closest, with varieties of different types of mens clothing. He walked to the back and looked through his button downs.
He picked up a dark green button down, and held it up against me in a humorous manner.
"OMG gurl this totally brings out your eyes." Chris imitated the best valley girl voice. I couldn't help but laugh.
"Totally" I said playing along.
"Nah it really would bring out your eyes thoo, do ya like it?" He asked genuinely.
"Yeah I do"
"Well then I'll leave you to it" Chris said will shutting the doors to his gigantic closet. I swear it was bigger than my room.
I unbuttoned my blouse. And looked at the damage. The shirt was absolutely ruined. I put on Chris' s which was three times too big for me, but it looked good on me, and I had to admit it did bring out my eyes.
I walked out of the closet and into his room, where he sat in the bed waiting for me. He was on his phone so he didn't acknowledge my presence. I took the time being to actually look at him. His nice complexion, his little freckles, his deep brown eyes, his long and linky arms and legs. He was very attractive. Being around guys that looked like him made be nervous. My legs even began to swoon.
Chris finally noticing I was there looked up at me, and smiled.
"I was right, this shirt looks great on you" he exclaimed.
"Yeah, thanks. I'll the shirt dry cleaned and I'll it mail it to you if thats okay" I said.
"Nah it's okay. Keep the shirt, it looks better on you anyways." He said with a slight smirk and a wink. My heart skipped a beat, I swear. My cheeks started to burn, and I could tell I was blushing.
"Well thanks for the shirt, I should get going" I said hoisting my bag further up my arm and walked twoards the door.
"Wait I never got your name!" Chris said before I could get through the threshold of his room.
"Lyfe, Lyfe Mathews" I said with a smile, and kept walking.
