You need to understand that I'm an independent creator, designer, and journalist. I dig the best handbags, restaurants, hotels, and spas, all of which are committed to the low-carbon life. However, I'm also a committed social justice and climate activist, meaning the Bougie Life is that too.
Climate Change is a challenge, and we need to tackle it with eco-friendly luxury. Racism, transphobia, and other diseases in our society NEED to be tackled, and this lifestyle handbook tells you all you need to know about how to do that using the high Bougie life! I'm the Chief designer of my brands, which will be available SOON.
Dat Bougie Life is also about fashion. As an independent designer, I also want to create a fashion environment which promotes climate justice, social justice, and activism. The Boug Limited, Dat Boug, and I'm Boug collections are part of my independent brand: BOUG. The profits made from our collections go to my specific activist fund, Cam4theClimate and Bougies Against Racism, dedicated to tackling climate change and racism.

In case you were wondering 'Bougie' is ˈbuːʒiː or 'boo-jee' if you're that basic. The 'jee' bit has got a little French to it. 'Boug' is pronounced buːʒ or 'boo-zj". My family's got a bit of French in it.

From Dat Boug mugs, glasses, and plates, all of which are 100% eco-friendly, to Dat Boug earrings, this is really part of my campaign to promote climate action NOW. Our locally-sourced materials help enhance the circular economy by helping farmers, local producers, and local businesses. In fact, the entire BOUG brand is part of this circular economy.
