After working up the courage, I talked to Veronica. It went well, thankfully. I was thinking that all I would get is a door slammed in my face. However, when I knocked on her bedroom door, she let me in and even apologised. I apologised too and we had a real heart to heart.
Although she appeared fragile, I know just how strong of an individual she is.
I can't wait to see the person she grows into. I'm just disappointed that I won't be here to encourage her more.
Then again, that's what Skype's for.
