It was a rainy day outside and the 5 year old boy played with his toy car.
" He should have taken you with him." His drunk mother said
The 5 year old boy stopped playing with his toy car and looked outside the window.
" He can't even pay for child support." She said before pouring the alcohol onto the young boys head.
She watched him get soaked in alcohol with amusement.
The boy whipped the alcohol on his face with his sleeves.
" WHO SAID YOU COULD WIPE IT OFF!" The boy felt frighten as he heard his mother shout in anger.
Before he knew it, he had been grabbed by the arm and was dragged outside. She through him onto the floor and his face had an impact with the floor. His tears began to flood as he felt pain everywhere.
" DON'T EVER COME BACK HERE, UNTIL YOU FIND YOUR FATHER!"
The boy stood up and bit his lip, crying for his mother.
He walked to the door with his bruised knees, knocking on the door but no response.
" Mommy." He called out
" I'm sorry." He apologized even if he wasn't at fault
He woke up with tears.
This dream has been haunting him since that day.
He could never forgot how his mother abandoned him.
His phone vibrated and he picked it up.

Lilian smiled as she saw that he had seen her text. Maybe she had a chance after all.
She finished packing the lunch boxes in the bag and left for school.

" Why do you have extra lunch?" The boy next to her asked
" It's for someone." She answered
" And who might that be?" He asked
She looked at Siwan and just smiled.
" Are you hiding something from me." He said
She shook her head but that didn't convince him.
She then felt his hand hold hers. He rub her left hand with his thumb.
" It's for someone I like." She said and he stopped doing what he was doing and looked down.
" Lilian i-"
The bell rang for lunch and the girl got up.
" Sorry but I'm not having lunch here." She said and ran out of the room.

" No." He said
" But you said you liked it a few seconds ago." She explained
He sighed and placed the chop sticks down.
" I like you...no I meant I like it." He said
The girl smiled and said-
" So you not denying your feelings anymore."
" Didn't you just hear, I said I like it." He said
Zheng fanxing cursed under his breath. He didn't know how those words left his mouth.
" So are we know official?" She asked
He stared at her face then ended by her lips.
She saw him stare at her lips and she did too.
" No." He said
Hers eyes moved to his face and frowned.
" Stop playing hard to get." She said
