(Bart's POV)
We all decide that we should go to the city, and that maybe we'll find someone there. I get nervous as we approach the city. I heard the forsaken are there. Then again nobody has seen Sylvannas in months.
We approach the walls and are let in by the guards. We walk through the streets, them seemingly being empty. We didn't realize it was a trap until then.
(Tarin's POV)
All of a sudden, Undead flooded the streets. All of them looked like they were Gilnean. Must have been a massacre.
The ghouls and zombies surrounded us and I shifted into a lion. I roared and a few started to run away. I pounced on them and tore them to shreds.
I saw Bart transform and heard him howl. He leapt into battle, claws as sharp as knives. He jumps from target to target, slicing them open or decapitating them.
(Dam's POV)
I can't believe that they were coward enough to ambush us. Like really. If the Lich King was so powerful, why didn't he just face us himself
Anyways, I set most of them ablaze with moonfire. To stop their advance, I shapeshift into a treant, healing the others and rooting the undead to the ground.
(Lyonia's POV)
I notice Tarin and Dam. They both have blue eyes, yet they are not death knights. How does that work?
I freeze a couple undead to the ground as vines wrap around them, dealing damage over time. I turn and see a treant turning back into Dam.
I don't turn back fast enough to avoid a cut on my arm. I gasp and stab the zombie. It suddenly heals itself due to Dam's healing.
Now I'm annoyed with Arthas. Not just afraid but really, really, annoyed. I summon an army of my own ghouls and I see Bart do the same.
The ghouls surround weaker targets and quickly eradicate them, moving in groups towards stringer and stronger zombies. That's when we hear it.
(King Varian Wrynn's POV)
These warriors are very fierce, I can tell you that. And I've never seen such young but skillful druids. Though they seem opposites, they clearly work well together. One healing and snaring and the other fighting on the front line. Impressive.
I wield my sword, cutting down these unholy beasts when all of a sudden we hear it. Heavy footsteps heading our way.
Then we hear deep chuckling. From around the corner comes a large amount of abominations. I gasp and I am disgusted by these creatures.
The worgen immediately leaps to one, slicing one of its eyes. It screams out in pain as he continues to cut it into pieces.
The lion and I both charge the abominations. I cut at their legs as he jumps up and scratches them. The other death knight leads her ghouls into the fight, surrounding the abominations and slowly killing them off.
A hook lands next to me and I roll out of the way before I can be pulled in and killed. I jump up and drag my sword down the monsters stomach, spewing guts all over the ground.
"I will return to Stormwind!" I say just before I'm knocked out.
(Cashlas' POV)
I notice a hook hit the king and pull him away. We must keep fighting to reach him. Half of the remaining abominations turn and retreat, and I notice the king with them.
I stealth past the ones attacking us and attack the one holding the king. The abomination bats me aside. It keeps walking and I am hot in puruit.
I didn't even notice the hook coming my way until it impaled me. I knew then that I would never get home. Then, everything went dark.
(Bart's POV )
I watched as my best friend got impaled by one of the abominations hook. I felt the rage finally boil over.
I felt myself growing bigger, fangs and claws growing even longer. I howled again and tackled an abomination, tearing it's head right off.
I jumped to the next one, this time tearing out its neck with my teeth. The others looked upon me in fear.
I growled and ran after the last group, jumping on top of the abomination at the back. I ripped a giant hold in its stomach and it stumbled forward, falling to the ground.
I jumped to the next one, the one the killed Cash, and cut its leg clean off. I would not let this creature have a swift death, it would slowly die off.
I cut its other leg off, then bit off and arm. It blood quickly covered me and got in my eyes, blinding me. I backed off and left it to slowly bleed out.
I stumbled back to the others, slowly going back to worgen form, then back to a human. As soon as I reached them I fell down.
I groaned and I realized I had cuts and bruises all over. Dam slowly started to heal the wounds, and eventually they all cut up.
We lost two people out of six. My friend, and the king of the Alliance.
