I stood in front of the mirror getting ready for the day, and a pair of arms wrapped around my waist.

I lowered my head smiling as Anthony kissed my cheek.

"You look pretty," he commented and sat on the counter watching me do my hair.

I blushed. "Thank you."

I had thrown on black long sleeve, with a olive green jean skirt, and my checkerboard vans.

"You know, something I really like about you is that you're naturally gorgeous without all of the make-up shit."

I grinned. "Can't walk around like a clown right?"

He chuckled pulling me over so I was standing in front of him.

He leaned down, and pressed his lips to me giving me a kiss.

He started to pull away and I brought both my hands to his face pulling him back in.

I don't think I can ever get used to this feeling. Us actually kissing, and my face going red every time we did.

"Ready to say goodbye to the fam?" he smirked as he followed me out of the bathroom picking up my bag.

I shook my head. "I love being with your family. It's always a good time."

Anthony and I hadn't really talked much about this new relationship we had.

I mean we both said that we do want to try a relationship, so I guess it's like us with any other new relationship.

Getting to know each other on a deeper level, and seeing the little things.

More romantically involved one can say.

"Leaving me already?" Pamela asked giving me a sad look, and she pulled me into a hug.

I chuckled. "I'll be back in a couple of days."

She kissed my temple. "See you then mamas. Tell your father to not be a stranger, we miss seeing him over at Cherokee."

Darnell came over wrapping an arm around Pam. "Tell him he still owes me 50 bucks after that last game of Darts too."

I laughed, as I gave Ari and Michael a hug.

"See you later sis," Mike said as he pulled away.

"Bye Nessa!" Ari waved as I made we way to the front door where Anthony was waiting.

"Guys she's going literally 20 minutes away to her house. Not off to war."

Pam sent Anthony a glare and he put his hands up in surrender.

I laughed. "See you guys!"

Anthony grabbed my bag placing it in the backseat, and turn on the heater.

"Starting to regret wearing this skirt," I said shivering a bit putting my hands up to the vents.

He eyed my legs. "Me not so much."

I rolled my eyes smiling picking up my phone as Anthony pulled out of the drive way.

"So question," he asked and I looked over at him.

"What's up?"

He chose a song to play which happened to be Lil Baby's Emotionally Scarred.

The melody from the beginning of the song came on, and the first few lines started.

"A love letter came through the mail it said I miss you," Anthony and I rapped at the same time.

"I ripped it up and flushed it with tissue, trying to forget you," I said bopping my head slightly to the music.
