The snow that cover the ground like a thin sheet of blanket sparkled under the moons beautiful glow.

All the boys that shared this one particular room were out for a fitness test, but our bluenette was excused from it due to his asthma.
In that room sat a blonde menance that promised he would be there the next day, and was. He wasn't the one to back down on his promises.
The blonde agreed to answer some of the curious bluenette questions, out of consideration.

"How did you get those cuts and bruises?" Asked the bluenette known as Ciel.
"I got into a fight with some guys that owe me money." The blonde answered without hesitation.

"Are you hurt?"
"It only stings and I'm a little sore, but I'm fine."
"Okay then, why did they owe you money?" The bluenette wanted to know more, as much information he could contain out of the blonde menace.
"Let's just say, we had a deal. They didn't value the deal, so I guess they didn't value their life." The blonde smiled smugly.
Ciel's face turned to complete shock.
"Y-you killed them?"
"I won't confirm that I did, and I won't confirm that I didn't. You have to wait for that answer." The blonde folded his arms.

"Alois, do you take drugs, smoke, drink, or anything?" Ciel was trying to wrap his finger around this whole mystery character.
"Hmm, I don't like drugs, smoking just seems gross to me, and I only drink on occasions. So I'm not a addicted to none of those things." Now Ciel had no clue to why he got into the fight with those guys.

"Were those guys older than you?"
"Yes, 24 year olds to be exact. So yeah there's an age gape between us, but who cares. I had a responsibility to do and I did it. Those adults weren't doing their job and didn't man up."

Alois stared straight into Ciel's midnight ocean blue eyes, but Alois' eyes froze the ocean with his cold icy blue ones.

"Why do you act this way?" It has to be a reason to Alois misbehaving ways.
"I have my reasons, and you have yours." Ciel wanted to know his background. Maybe they had similar lives.

"Where do you go when you leave?"
"I go around town." Ciel sighed at the simple answers he was receiving, but he could totally understand why.

"I'm guessing you're 15, so how long have you been living in a orphanage?"
"You guessed my aged correctly... I was first sent to a orphanage when I turned 10. I transferred here at the age of 11. So yeah, 5 years... Looks like someone wants to know more information about my background so we can be best friends!" The blonde smiled, only making the bluenette roll his eyes.
"No, I'm just curious, that's all." He said looking away to the nearby window.
"Well that's a shame. If we were friends, I would tell you my whole life story, and other things." Alois frowned but smiled. Ciel looked at him once more. Containing that information would be like collecting the missing pieces to this puzzle piece.

"How did you find out that they don't check the camera footage?"
"When I walked around the halls at night." Ciel remembered how the blonde would get up late and leave the room through the door, which was unusual because he was used to the blonde leaving out the window.

"A few days ago, you said you were going to leave this place... For good. Is that true?"
Alois chuckled.
"Of course it's true! I'm tired of this place! 'Alois don't do that. Alois go to the punishment room. Alois no supper. Alois you have a problem. Alois behave.' That's all I hear from this dumb ass place!"
Alois mimicked the securities voices in the not so good attempt... He was right, a while ago every worker would be on Alois' case.
Ciel nodded.

"How will you achieve this plan of yours?"
"By doing the plan I thought of a month ago correctly." Alois smirk grew more while Ciel sighed.
"Will you tell me the plan?"
"No I will not."
"Do you not trust me?" The bluenette tilted his head.
"I don't not." The blonde said plainly. Ciel's eyebrow knitted in frustration. "But Ciel, that doesn't mean I can't gain your trust."

"What if I wanted to join your plan in leaving this place?"
"Well then you will just have to wait until I gain more trust in you... You seem like the type that would snitch on me." Alois said smiling that evil signature smile.

"Then, how do I show you I'm trustworthy?"
"Show me I can trust you, show me you'll be a good fit for my sidekick." That evil smile grew more. Those glacier colored eyes seemed to glow as they looked straight at the younger teen.

"Sidekick? That seems to fit your description way better then mine."
"Think about it Ciel, it's most likely me that would bring in the money, weapons, and of course... Reputation." Alois said that slowly, giving it more effect.
"Weapons? Reputation?" Ciel was lost.
"Yes. You did say you want to join my plan. Did you think once we leave we would have a life of luxury? That shit ain't comin' easily. We will have to work our asses off. Then we will be living in luxury."

Was this guy for real? Ciel thought it was a nice idea to leave but not good for reality.

Alois got up and sat on Ciel's bed. He looked at him with an intense glare that startled Ciel a bit.

"Listen Ciel, you seem like a nice kid, but if you follow me into the outside world, no one is going to care for you. No one... I'll do my best to keep you safe, but look. We will have to hurt people from time to time. Physical and verbally. We will have to steal, lie, cheat, and more importantly run. We will be followed and watched by people that wants to kill us. Police will try to get us so we will have to be smarter and faster. Our life is on the line, Ciel"

The bluenette soaked in all the information the blonde gave him, he will need that for later.
'Should I actually do this?' Thought Ciel.

"Alois, why do we have to do that?"
"'Cause we have to live. If you join the plan, we are a team, which means I look after you, you look after me."

"Will we run into a lot of trouble?" The blonde smirked. "Almost every corner is trouble, stay alert. The world is not always on your side, but when it is, it's hella fun!" Alois chuckled. The bluenette was now having second thoughts on joining Alois, and the blonde could tell.

"Ciel, I know you haven't really been in trouble, and this your first time. I will give you two days to make up your mind. If you say 'no' it's totally fine, I understand. If you say 'yes' then we leave the next day after your answer."
Ciel nodded, having no words to leave his mouth.

Alois stood up and walked over to his bed across the room. "Think about it, Ciel... Go for what you brain says, not your heart." He chuckled and laid in his bed.

That night, Ciel asked himself if he should go, all night. The part where he has to run made him think he should stay. He couldn't decided, he couldn't sleep. His thought lingered his head.
Should he go and live a life of crime, or stay here where the building lifeless and where people hate you. Anywhere you go, there's always going to be a person that will dislike you. But with Alois, he could help, make him stronger, make him less vulnerable.

Make him a true Phantomhive.
