"This one will make a good price!" A female Lion spoke looking down at me with those frightening fangs. I looked to the mirror and saw my younger self in the mirror of my reflection. "Let's sell it." I looked to my right and saw another female lion but this had sharper claws. Everything else I seen were shadowy figures gathering around me consuming my body in their inky, dark, abyss.

I snapped my eyes open revealing my dorm as I fell out of bed. "Wha- Ah! Ow!" I looked above me and seen Sheila staring up at me. "Oh you're awake, you okay?" I looked to my left and seen Juno looking down at me from her magazine. "Well it is the weekend so it's good for her to rest up while she can." I sat up turning my attention to the door seeing Cora walk in. "I didn't see you when I woke up this morning, you woke up early again." Juno spoke to Cora not even looking up at her. "Had to return some books to the library, today was the deadline." Cora laughed nervously as she scratched the back of her neck. "Geez you're so careless, that the third time in two weeks." Sheila scolded her before turning to me. "You okay Mist you don't look too good?" I sighed standing up rubbing the wrinkles out of my pajamas. "Yeah I'm okay, more or less..." I rubbed my head trying to relieve the pain from hitting my head against the floor when two DVD's were shoved in my face. "Since you're up I need money to by this new outfit I want, which one do you think I should sell? I'm stuck on the original dance video but the new addition is really popular." Sheila looked back and forth between the two. "Go for the original, you can't go wrong with a classic." I took newer from her hand and placed it in the drawer. "I told you sell that one." Juno put down her magazine smirking. "I know but the classic is my favorite." I watched Sheila sigh as she took a picture of it putting it online. "I'm going to get dressed." I grabbed my clothes starting to get dressed. "Oh yeah, we got the results late last night, Louis broke his leg." When I had my uniform on I froze for a moment before walking out the door.

I walked down the hall greeted by other students wandering halls. I eventually made it to my class and sat down as I remembered something about my past.

*Flashback*

"I know this is the only preschool school that will take her but maybe I should home school them till they can start elementary school." My mother looked down at me giving a worried look. I gazed up at the old worn down building in front of us that was near a place that made me feel unease for some reason. "Besides it's two hours away, what if something happens to her and we can't get to her straight away besides it's too close to that place." Mom bent down cupping my face in her hands. I gripped my mother's wrist tightly as I felt my nerves go up. "Sweetie all we're doing is checking the place out." My grandfather calmed her down before we got closer to the school.

I watched my grandfather reach for the door knob turning it slowly before opening the door. "Hello?" Grandfather voice rang out into the room making all the kids stare at us. Mom walked in with me clinging to her skirt. "Hello greetings, we can talk in the back." A female Impala came out smiling at us. I looked around and seen a lot of kids around my age, drawing and playing with some toys. "Hey why don't you go play while we talk to this nice lady." My grandfather gestured towards the others when I tried to follow them into the room. "But I want to stay with mommy~!" I whined and mom looked down at me sadly. She crouched down to me and smiled sweetly. "Go ahead Mist, mommy will be in here if you need anything." I hesitantly nodded before running off to play. I was playing with a hybrid goat fox named Hideko when a female lion in a white coat came up to us. "Hello little one." Hideko lifted her head up smiling at the lady. "Hello." I turned my head in her direction, scolding her for her actions. "No, we don't talk to strangers!" I turned back to the lady boldly as she gave a nervous smile. "Get away before I get my grandpa." She bent down to my level looking me in the eyes. "I'm just one of the caretakers here, come on I just want to talk to you for a moment. Just a few questions." I looked her up a down and saw her wearing the same thing as the lady grandfather and mom were talking to in the other room. "Okay. Hideko I'll be back." I took her hand and walked out of the building with her.
