It was just another ordinary day in downtown Z-City. Everything was fine: People coming and going, some were in a rush because they were late for work, others were just hanging out and having fun checking the stores and their products.

Saitama had just came out of a bargain day at the supermarket, thinking about what he would do with the ingredients he bought once he arrives home.

Suddenly, a loud noise was heard, and everyone started running desperately for their lives. It took Saitama a bit of time to realize what was happening around him, but he noticed that a monster has appeared nearby. But, unlike the other people, he wasn't frightened. After all, all he needs to do to defeat a monster is punch it once, and everything ends. Because of this, he was bored almost the entire time. But, since he was a "hero for fun", he decided to go check it out anyway.

Even if he was sure that this monster would not give him the exciting fight he so desires.

"Warning! A monster has appeared in the bookstore at downtown Z-City! Threat level: Demon. Evacuate the area immediately! I repeat, evacuate the area immediately!" - the voice of a woman could be heard through the speakers, echoing through the entire city.
Saitama had arrived at the said library, and what he saw was a giant worm-like monster with... glasses? Even though it had no eyes.

"Those monsters are getting weirder, huh..." - the bald man thought to himself.

As the people around were busy running for their lives, the monster had noticed Saitama's presence, and turned to him:

- Ooh, what a human is doing just standing here? Aren't you trembling with fear to how powerful I became? I am the mighty Book Worm!! I got so obsessed with books that I ended up turning into a monster!! Fear me human, fear m-

- Yeah yeah, can't you just cut it out already? I don't have time to hear you bragging about your past or how powerful you are or whatever - the bald man stared at the monster with boredom, and a little bit of impatience as well.

- Eeh? How dare you say that to me? Who the hell are you, anyway?! - the monster asked in a threatening tone.

- I'm Saitama. I'm just a hero for fun - the boredom still present in his face.

- Aaah, a hero, huh?! Then in this case... - the worm-like creature started to prepare an attack - ...THEN I JUST HAVE TO KILL Y-

Just when the monster charged at Saitama, he punched him right on the face, killing it instantly. Blood and internal organs falling to the ground in a crimson mess. The threat was over. The monster was no more.

"It took only one punch again... I was kind of expecting that to happen, to be honest" - the baldy thought to himself, until a voice called out his attention. It seemed like it belong to a middle-aged man:

- H-hey, I saw everything...! You... defeated that monster right now, haven't you? - the man asked

- Uuh, yes... - Saitama looked at him.

The man smiled profusely.

- Oh, thank you so much! If it wasn't for you, my library would be done for. - the man started to pick up some books from a nearby shelf - Please take these books as a token of my gratitude.

Saitama looked looked at the books. The covers were quite attractive. They had different illustrations each, but had the same title: "The Princess and the Unknown Hero". By the title, it was probably a fantasy novel. Definitely not the type that Saitama liked. It would ok if it was a manga, but it's a book. He just don't have patience enough to read a bunch of texts.
He was about to refuse, but he realized that refusing a "thank you gift" from someone he saved would be very rude of his part, and he doesn't want to be an asshole, so he ended up accepting.

The man waved him a goodbye, thanking him again for having saved his and many other people's lives, and his library too.
As Saitama went back home, he was thinking about what he would do with the books. He wouldn't read them, that was for sure.

- ...Ah, maybe I can just give it to Genos. Probably he will like it.

....Well, I hope so. If he refuses, I don't know what I'm going to do with these books...
