Ash pov
"We were close then fell apart." I say thinking about what had happened. "And now he will pay for what he did." I say mainly talking to myself.
During class we had to do a group project so Colby and I worked together. I found out some pretty important information like that his dad has been missing for two years now and that he has a brother named Gage. He also said that his dad was really into music and so was he. I pretty sure that could be a clue to where he is at now. "Colby did you know your dad real well?" I ask him. "Not really he was always hiding from people. He was scared to get taken away for something he didn't do. Why do you ask?" He tells me. "Oh it's just that.... well my dad died when I was young in a car crash. I never really knew him that well. I always wish I had known him more but I didn't." I fib to him. "Well let's talk about something else. Thinking of my dad makes me sad." He says looking at his hands. I notice that there are swollen and red marks on his arms. "Colby what is this?" I ask him lightly touching them. He winces in pain and gives me a look that begs me to stop. "I'm sorry but what are these from?" I ask worried about him. He doesn't reply he just looks down. "Colby! Tell me now!" I say getting angry. I wanted to know what happened to him because I cared for him even if he was the enemy.
