Ash POV
"Today's the day. We have to do it." I say walking with Kayla through the mall. "I don't get why have to do it." Kayla gives a pout face. "We need to get the job done. We have never taken this long to finish a task." I say. "Maybe that's a sign." Kayla says. "It's not." I look at her frustrated. "So we both agree that Sam is his protector?" I ask her. "Yeah he has to be." Kayla say looking sadly at her feet. "Come on Kayla once we do this we will go back home and be able to say we finished the job." I say putting an arm around her. "Yeah I guess." She says trying not to cry.
When the boys get here we talk for a while. "So guys you like exploring right?" I ask them hoping that they will say yes. "Yeah why?" Colby questions. "There's this creepy abandoned mall. Want to go explore it?" I see Kayla sink a little. "Yeah!" They both say. "Kayla there's no bed to be scared. I'm right here." Sam say I pulling her into a side hug.
