"Was it?" Ethan asked, looking at Mark. Ethan felt his hands shaking lightly. It was just a song, why is he nervous? He saw Mark nod softly.

Oh god. It was about him. Ethan's long time best friend had just sung a song about adoring him. Ethan had been holding his own secret for the longest time; actually, just about six and a half months, but it's not a big deal. He had been going through a sexuality crisis all because of the one and only Markiplier. Ethan had been attracted to girls for most of his life up until he finally got to meet Mark in person. Suddenly, guys seemed to be the people catching his eyes. Sure, he was still experiencing attraction to women, but guys were just everyone. As a teen, heteronormativity was everywhere, but now pride was everywhere and Ethan felt left out. He was confused with himself, but for the past month he had decided to say he was bisexual. And he liked it. It felt right.

So he thought of the best thing he could do to show Mark he felt the same. He sat up, grabbing his ukelele. Ethan turned, facing Mark and slowly started strumming.

"Wise men say
Only fools rush in
But I can't help falling in love with you
Shall I stay?
Would it be a sin
If I can't help falling in love with you?"

"Like a river flows
Surely to the sea
Darling, so it goes
Some things are meant to be"

"Take my hand
Take my whole life too
For I can't help falling in love with you"

"Like a river flows
Surely to the sea
Darling, so it goes
Some things are meant to be"

"Take my hand
Take my whole life too
For I can't help falling in love with you
For I can't help falling in love with you"

Ethan smiled at Mark as he finished. The latter was smiling as well, small tears forming in the corners of his eyes. Ethan put his ukelele down and leaned forward, gently brushing the tears away. "It's okay," he whispered, smiling at Mark. Ethan's hand was resting on Mark's cheek. "We're okay."

'•'pov switch'•'

Mark sighed out softly, trying his best to hold back more tears. He was so happy that Ethan felt the same. That he didn't just spill his feelings out through song for no reason.

"Thank you," Mark whispered, finally being able to speak. "So much," he spoke, voice breaking slightly. He leaned his forehead against Ethan's, closing his eyes. They stayed there for a moment, quiet. Listening to each other's soft breaths, taking everything in.

"Mark?" Ethan breathed out. Mark opened his eyes, looking up to the best of his abilities.

"Hm?"

"Can I kiss you?"

The blood rushed to Mark's face again and he smiled. "Of course," he breathed out, tilting his head slightly. He closed his eyes again, a wave of happiness flushing over him as he felt Ethan's lips against his, very gently. They pulled away after a moment, looking at each other.

As if they had the same thought, they went back to kissing. Mark's hands found their way to lightly hold the back of Ethan's head and neck. He felt Ethan's hand on his cheek, thumb softly gliding up and down. His other hand was at the same place Mark's hands were.

They pulled away for a moment, Mark lightly placing his guitar off to the side so it wasn't between them anymore. As soon as he did, Ethan was back to kissing him. Without thinking, Mark let Ethan softly push him down onto the ground. Mark barely noticed that Ethan was practically straddling him, he was too caught up in the moment. He ran a hand through Ethan's hair, his other resting on the back of Ethan's neck.

Suddenly, they heard beeping. Ethan pulled back and looked up and around. Mark stayed laying down, panting quietly.

"Mark, the camera is dying," Ethan spoke.

"Oh the camera? Wait the camera!" Mark  leaned up, resting on his elbows. "Fuck, the camera caught all of that didn't it?" He asked, looking up at camera.

"Probably," Ethan sighed. He backed up, getting off of Mark.

Mark sat up before standing and walking up to the camera. He stopped the recording and looked through the footage. Sure enough, everything was on the camera. "We can just, uh, delete all of that?" He suggested, chuckling nervously.

Ethan shrugged. "That should work. You might need to do another second song though."

Mark laughed lightly, smiling. "Yeah. I'll go get new batteries," he chuckled. He turned and walked into his house, patting Chica as she greeted him at the back door. He knew where the batteries were so he went right to it, all the dogs following him. He took the old batteries out, placing them down for now, and put new ones in. As he finished, he grabbed the dead batteries and turned around, not expecting to bump into Ethan.

"Jesus fuck- hi," he laughed, frightened.

"Wait was I seriously that quiet?" Ethan laughed. "I would've thought Spencer gave it away with his tapping on the floor."

"I have Chica and Henry, I'm used to the tapping sounds," Mark pointed out. "What're you doing in here anyway?"

Ethan shrugged. "I dunno, I was just thinking..."

Mark furrowed his brows, placing the camera and batteries on the desk behind him. "About?"

Ethan shrugged again, stepping a little closer. "Well, before the camera started beeping, y'know?"

Mark smiled slightly. "Yeah?"

"That was fun."

"Do you just wanna kiss me again?"

"... yeah."

Mark rolled his eyes. "You're such an idiot." He stepped forward and fully closed the gap between them, kissing Ethan again. They both seemed to melt into it, fully content on the situation.
