Thanksgiving In Loveland, CO.

The next morning, I woke up early and looked to my right and found a sleeping Macey. I grinned as I leaned up and kissed her. Then got out of bed, put some fresh clothes on, put my dirty clothes in a pocket of my suitcase. Then grabbed a towel, my shower kit and headed to the bathroom of the hotel room. Turned on the water and went to check on Summer. She was sleeping peacefully in her bed. I smiled as I watched her from the doorway. Then I felt a pair of hands on my shoulders then move down my arms.
"Hey." Lacey grinned as I turned around to face her. "I woke up to an empty space next to me."
"Sorry, Macey Honey. I just decided to get a shower in. After I turned the water on I decided to quickly check on Summer." I explained.
"Well, I can't be mad at how you are with me and Summer. That's for sure. You, have been nothing but a blessing to me and Summer. I'm really looking forward to seeing your home."
"Well. We aren't scheduled for anything until Friday. So what's say you, Summer and I, go to my home and get a head start on our Thanksgiving break?" I asked.
"I guess we could. I mean your right about us not being needed until Friday afternoon. So I see no harm in going to your place in Loveland, Colorado early. Besides, it may be our place some day." She grinned as she slid into my arms and I kissed the top of her head.
"Glad you agree. Now, I better take that shower before the bathroom is wall to wall steam." I said making her giggle and smile. She went to Summers bedside as I went to the bathroom and got in the shower after taking off my boxers.

Meanwhile in Summer's room, she woke up and found her momma in a robe. "Hey, honey. How'd you sleep?" Lacey asked.
"Pretty good, momma." Summer replied. "How'd you sleep?"
"Very good, thanks to Daniel." Lacey told her.
"Did he hold you while you slept or cuddled with you momma?" She asked.
"In a way." She grinned at her daughter.
"Where's Daniel?" Summer asked.
"He's in the shower sweetie?" Lacey replied. "And after you and I get all cleaned up. We'll be heading to Daniel's home in Colorado." Summer grinned at that.
"Yay!" Summer exclaimed as Lacey grinned and giggled.

I was finishing up my shower as I turned off the water and grabbed a towel and started drying myself off. When I finished drying off, I put my clothes back on and started gathering my shower kit. Once I got all of my shower kit gathered up. I headed out to me and Lacey's bedroom, put away my shower kit in my suitcase, then went to Summer's room where I found her and Summer just talking to each other.
Summer saw me and ran to me. "Daniel." She smiled as I picked her up.
"Hey shortcake." I grinned as she kissed my cheek. "The showers free obviously. But your turn Macey honey." Lacey walked by me and kissed me as she headed to our room to grab some clean clothes and her own shower kit and headed into the shower herself as I talked to Summer and helped her pack to go to my home. Once she was packed, she was excited to go with me and her mom to celebrate Thanksgiving in Loveland.
When Lacey came out of the bathroom with a fresh set of clothes on and smiled as she saw me and Summer just sitting on the sofa reading a book together.
"Summer Lynn. You packed?" She asked.
"Yes, momma." Summer grinned.
"How about you, Macey Honey?" I asked her.
"Give me ten minutes." She grinned as she walked up to me and Summer and kissed my lips and kissed Summers forehead and went to our room and started packing for the flight to Colorado. Once she was done, I kissed Summers cheek and walked into the room and packed my stuff and soon I was ready to go.
"Are we all ready to go?" I asked Lacey and Summer and they both nodded. "Well, come on then guys. The sooner we get on the plane, the sooner we can get to Loveland and my home and finally get our Thanksgiving vacation started."

Soon Lacey, Summer and myself were in the rental heading to the airport. Once we caught a flight to Denver International Airport. We made our flight and for the next two and forty five minutes. Summer slept through the entire flight as me and Lacey just talked and laughed but not loud enough to wake Summer. The topic was mostly who would cook the turkey for Thanksgiving dinner. I also told her my plan to take Summer out in the desert near my home and just spend time with her just catching lizards or bearded dragons. Lacey actually liked the idea of me just walking around the desert area near my home and spend time with Summer.
