My heart was telling me to tell him, my brain was telling me not to tell him, I still don't know what to choose. My stomach was twisting wanting to tell him. Bertie is my best friend. My eyes were set on his as I was about to tell him my secret that shall never be told.

"The flashback was about two kids, boy and girl, who were in a sandbox and, they looked like best friends, and they look..really familiar" I continued.

"Wait, wait, wait" Bertie quickly spoke whilist holding both my shoulders stopping us both. "That flashback..how do you know if it was a flashback?"

"I just know...I don't know okay?" I said resisting his tense hands on my shoulders. Walking away from Bertie, I heard running footsteps behind me.

"I didn't mean to offend you.." He said walking beside me.

"Well..you did" I said in a temper mood. Stropping away from Bertie, I heard no footsteps behind me, he wasn't chasing after me this time, I must of really defended him. I feel so guilty. Why am I in a temper with him? He did nothing wrong, I might just be angry because of this whole situation, I have a really short temper and if anyone bursts my bubble, I will literally kill them.

Off to my first class of Photography, I saw Taylor at the corner of my eye. She was talking to Dominic and Harrison. Harrison is Bertie's and Dominic's friend, sometimes he is really annoying that I can't even talk to him.

Taylor came over to me as I was walking alone in a bad mood.

"Hey..you don't look happy" She said.

"Well, i'm fine, okay?" I said as watching Bertie walk in the class glaring his blue eyes at mine. I suddenly looked down at the ground as Taylor was getting suspicious.

"Is it about Bertie?" She asked in a foul mood. "If it is, I will beat him up right now and make him say sorry"

"It's not Bertie, i'm just in a mood okay?" I said sitting down at my seat avoiding any eye contact and conversation from Taylor. The bell rang for the class to start.

I dont really have that much to say about class. I just sat there, avoiding my friends. This little thing really bothered me, I don't know why, it's just getting way into my head.

After class, I went straight into the canteen to get a snack and a drink. Sitting in lonely seat, I saw Bertie coming over. I knew this is going to be bad.

"Hey" He awkwardly said sitting down laying both his arms on the table and his eyes looking into mine..again.

"Hi" I said, we both stayed silent so I knew that I needed to say something. "So..why are you here?" I asked.

"I just wanted to make sure you were okay" He said, my heart skipped a beat as soon as he said that. I know that it does sound cheesy but it's true. I nodded my head in silence.

"I'm fine, thank you and sorry for going in a temper with you" I said looking down at the table. Bertie stood up with his arms wide open.

"Come on" He said waiting for me to go into his arms.

"What?" I asked.

"Give me a hug you cunt" He said so friendly that I cant even. I stood up with him beginning to open my arms. I wrapped my arms around his neck as he wrapped his around my waist, rubbing my back and hips making me warm. I felt loved after that.

I knew that it's the beginning of a whole new friendship.
