HALOS HINDI makahinga si Xyleena sa kaka-tawa ng matapos kong ikwento sa kanya lahat ng nangyari. It's been three days since the last time i met her and i'm still intrigue of whom she is. I don't even have her number and that is also the one factor i'm frustrated lately.

"So you're saying na you're getting married? pfft!" Humagalpak nanaman ulit siya ng tawa. Yung tawang hindi makapaniwala at hindi naniniwala sa mga sinasabi ko at pinagmumukha akong engot dahil akala niya ay nagbibiro lang ako. "Bro, you know what? Stop joking. You? Getting married? Nah! Mas posible pang magkaroon ng end of the world kaysa sinasabi mo!" She wipe her tears and look at me straightly.

"And you're thinking na nagbibiro lang ako?" I said flatly

"You're not joking?!" Asik niya.

Napahawak ako sa sentido ko at tumingin sakanya ng tuwid. "Did you just think that i have the whole time in the world to make that joke? Seriously, Xyleena?" I flicked her forehead and continue typing my thesis. Thesis sa subject niya.

Xyleena is my sister. Yes. I need to admit it. And she's the oldest yet siya ang umaaktong bunso sa aming dalawa. I don't call her 'ate' because she says so. Ayaw niyang maging panganay in the first place kaya pinilit niya ako noon na Xyleena lang ang itawag and that, is the history of my sister na malapit ko ng ipasok sa mental health center.

"I didn't saw you in the last three days since may pinuntahan akong resort and this is the news na ibubulagta mo sa akin?" She do a face-palm reaction and ask me again. "So, who is this unlucky girl?" At halata sa boses niya na interesado siyang malaman.

"Hindi ko na matandaan, sinabi niya pangalan niya but my mind is not interested." It is true, and perhaps the reason why that is because her name is the one who's in my mind right that time. Iza.

I heard a 'tsk' on Xyleena. "Poor baby girl. Ang malas niya sa lalaking mapapangasawa niya. Ni pangalan hindi alam." She stood up and she said something before she close the door of my room. "I'll just ask mom and dad nalang. You're useless, tsk."

I sigh deeply and stare at my computer. Fck this life. Is destiny playing with me this time? Wala naman akong sinaktan na babae noon. I'm just a bitter man that who can't move on to his past lover.

I nearly puke on my thoughts. I sound like Dale, sh--t!

"I need to unwind!"

HATINGGABI na nang matapos ko ang Thesis sa subject ni Xyleena ng mapagdesisyunan kong lumabas at pumunta sa isang sikat na coffee shop sa labas ng subdivision.

This coffee shop is my escape route when i feel suffocated to my environment. And this is the kind of unwind that I'm talking about.

Pagbukas ko palang ng pintuan ng coffee shop ay dumaan na sa ilong ko ang aroma ng kape. Heaven.

Papunta palang ako sa counter ng may narinig ako na small commotion na nangyayari sa tapat ng cashier. It's a girl whose keep telling sorry on the cashier. As soon as i walk towards them, doon ko lang narinig ng buo ang pinag-uusapan nila

"Sh-t this life, saka ko pa naiwan yung nga cards ko" She murmurs while scanning her pouch

I've waited her para hindi naman nakakabastos na bigla akong sisingit.
