I can't believe that Gabriel got away!!!!! That little butterfly just wants to ruin our Cinnamon Roll's life!!!!! He will pay for this!!!!!! Until then, ENJOY!!!!!

[Felix POV]

I stood with Marinette and her best friend, Alya. I glanced at Adrien.

I had put make up over the hand print right before school so no one would see it. I didn't even need to say anything. I discovered after that Uncle Gabriel has done this before I went to live with them.

Adrien laughed with his best friend, Nino. I don't like Nino, but he makes Adrien happy. So, I'll deal with it.

I tuned back into the conversation to see that the 2 girls were glaring at my cousin. I let out a sigh.

Every time that Adrien works up the courage to talk to Marinette about the gum incident, he starts to over thinking it and chickens out.

I coughed to get the girls' attention. They looked at me sadly.

"I can't believe that Adrien is your cousin!! I mean, you're nice, when you want to be, and he's a gigantic jerk!!" Alya complained, glaring at Adrien as he and Nino talked.

I opened my mouth to speak when Marinette fell to the ground. Me and Alya helped her up and turned to glare at the victim.

Chloe!

I looked over my shoulder to see that Adrien and Nino were gone. It seems that Adrien was never there to see what Chloe does to people.

"That's what you get for glaring at my Adrikins!!!!" Chloe hissed at Marinette and walked away as she laughed, her servant, Sabrina, following behind like always.

The 3 of us growled at her and made our way to class.

[Marinette POV]

I walked to the animal shelter with an abandoned kitten in my arms.

It had red fur that had a black spot on each cheek, one on its back, and one on its forehead. The kitten stared at me with big blue eyes.

I had found it on the side of the road in a beatened cardboard box. It had no collar or name tag. I knew there was a pet shelter near by and started towards it with the little kitten in my arms.

I walked into the pet shelter and smiled at the manager.

He was an old chinese man with dark brown eyes. His hair was gray and he had a mustache and goatee.

He wore a red hawaiian shirt with a white hibiscus flower pattern, tan capri pants, dark brown shoes, a dark green bracelet on his right wrist that was tied together with black string, and a light brown cane in his hand. On his shirt was a name tag that read Wang Fu.

"Hello!" I greeted him cheerfully.

"Hello, miss! What have we here?" Wang Fu pointed to the kitten.

"I found it in a cardboard box on the side of the road," I told him. "No collar or name tag."

Wang Fu nodded with a frown as he stroked his goatee.
