Ch.14

You slowly started to wake up and instantly felt a surge of pain go through your body. It was mostly due to how sore your body was by being worn out from the harsh fight against Issei. Even your scales were aching as they grew back and hardened after being beaten off when Issei drained your defenses.

Just opening your eyes was so painful that you nearly passed out and fell back to sleep, but then something pressed down on your hand and you were able to wake up completely.

It was Asia, wrapped around your right arm. She was careful as she slid her soft slender fingers between your scaled claws. Her green eyes were downcast as they stared into your hand, it was as if she was too sad to look up at you.

You tried to get her attention, but your voice broke at your first word. Your body was still healing so your throat was probably still injured from when Issei chocked you and using Quetzalcoatl's fire breath during the fight. You tried to reach out to her with your other arm, but saw Xenovia was curled up to it as she slept.

You saw all of the girls lying over your body in their underwear. Akeno and Rias were hugging your tail, it was too sexy a sight to not blush. Koneko was sleeping on top of your chest again, but this time she was joined by Ravel Phoenix as they slept holding each other's hands, the two were so cute that if you could you would be chuckling at them being so close. Even Kiba and Gasper were fast asleep on the room's chairs.

They were all so worried about you that none of them could leave your side.

You felt a bit guilty for making everyone worry so much, but the fight against Issei got so out of control that there was no way you could have gotten away with just a few simple bruises.

Rossweiss: You're awake at last I see, I'm glad.

Rossweiss said cheerfully, looking down at you with a bright smile, but her eyes had a worried look to them. Your head was resting on her lap again. Although you smiled at her, you wanted to greet her properly to let her know you were fine aside from some lingering pain.

(Y/n): G-Good m-morning Rossweiss...!

You coughed quietly after saying just a few words. No matter how much you wanted to talk to her, your body just wasn't in well enough shape to do anything more than smile.

Rossweiss: Is your throat sore?

She asked holding your head and caressing your cheek. You nodded and gave an annoyed scowl to illustrate your annoyance.

Rossweiss: Well, don't worry. We all saw what happened so just take your time. Don't feel like you need to be at full strength just for us. As long you're ok, that's all we need.

Asia: Rossweiss...? W-Who are you talking too...?

Asia sat up from her spot, still holding onto your hand and fixing her long blonde hair back behind her ear, but as soon as she saw your (E/c) eyes she had her answer.

She threw herself on top of you, hugging your head into her chest and cried with joy as she held onto you.

Asia: (Y/n) I was so worried, I didn't know how long you'd stay asleep! But you're back...I mean, you're awake I'm so glad!

Since you couldn't say anything yet, you just smiled and patted her head, making her giggle and hold you even closer as she kissed your forehead.

Xenovia: Why're you guy's being so loud? (Y/n)'s trying to sleep...

Before she could finish she saw Asia holding you and instantly started celebrating.

Xenovia: Rias, Koneko quick awake up! (Y/n) is finally awake!
