Chapter 3.) Getting Fired

Lila's P.O.V.

*BOOM! BOOM!*

"Why have u come here today?" I stated to this old looking man. I didn't even care on what his situation was, I just wanted it to be over. Seriously, I'm trying to rule the country behind Adrien's back, but I ALWAYS GET CAUGHT 'CAUSE OF FELIX!!...Maybe it was my dumb idea to have a relative to Adrien as my Henchman. Anyways, I'm just wanting people to actually pay attention to me, not as his Advisor, but just Me, Lila Rossi. "It's not my concern whether your family has...What was it?" I stated to the man "Well it was my family needing shelter since we decided to move because of a new job I just got." "Well, I think U should figure that out on your own. Try finding a good shelter that U can afford. We're threw here, have a good day." With a fake smile I had on to get him out. "As u wish Ma'mam & to u sir." He said as he walked out of the room. When the door was finally shut, I dropped that ugly smile & fell into the chair.

"Lila, u didn't have to do that. I know I'm not suppose to say things u disagree with, but that was Adrien's job to do." Felix said as he rubbed my shoulders (He's amazing at massages. Don't need any of the Servants here to do, since he works for me.) "I don't give a fuck Felix about your cousin! This is something that I want & doing a favor for my Father. It's just stressful for that type of shit to deal with." I was kinda pissed off at him from his statement. "Just shut up & massage them shoulders, will ya!" "Hey Adrien!" I was like...What? I thought he was choosing a princess to be his bride..."Sup Felix & LILA!!" I jumped up to see Adrien all pissed off at me. "OH, YOU'RE HIGHNESS! I-UH *Nervous Laugh*"

Adrien's P.O.V.

"Nino told me u were doing it again!" I told her as She stands up all anxious like & fixed her hair. "Doing what u say?" she said. "What the hell do u mean?! U're doing my job AGAIN! I'm the Emperor & u're the Emperor's Advisor. Remember?!" "Oh but You're Highness, I was only dealing with a meaningless peasant *Still talking*" Yeah I didn't care what she was saying. A fact on her, Her dad use to work for My Father before I was born. But he did something wrong I don't know what it was & my father Fired him for that. No one knows what happened to him, but when I was 3-4 years old, he left the empire for good, meant that he abandoned his daughter Lila & she had to work as a maid. Till years later, I let her be my Advisor. From what the Maids that work in the kitchen told me about her Dad, I see she's becoming a Mini him! "Well that's understandable. What do u say Cousin?" Felix said. Got back to reality from his small, friendly punch to my arm. I turn to Felix"I-I don't agree with what any of u guys just said." I told him making an X for him to not touch me.

Felix on the Other hand is my Mother's Nephew. My Mom is a twin sister with my Aunt (His Mother). 10 years ago. His Dad suffered a heart disease from God knows what! But, My Aunt thought there was some sort of antidote to save him, so she left Felix with Me & my servants to find it. Sadly, she never returned after that & there wasn't time to save her husband, because he passed away on his death bed. I tried to be there for him, but we knew that both of us lost our parents at a young age, so it was awkward to talk about one of them & their memories we had of them. The only reason he's always with Lila as her Henchman is because he's secretly in LOVE with her. He hates it when I talk to him, or Nino about his feeling towards her. BACK TO REALITY!! We heard the door open just to see Nino walking in the room.

"Hey Dude! U know that Village leader that's suppose to be here?" he said. I said back to him,"Yeah, why? whats happening here?" "Well, his daughter is here to take his place in the meeting u 2 were gonna have, & she's with Alya right outside of this room." "How old is she?" "She's our age Adrien. She'll be 18 in like 2-3 months after u." "Oh, that's fine since she's his daughter. Send her in Nino...Oh uh Lila, U're Fired & Nino, you're my new Advisor." I said to them. Nino's expression on that was surprised & Excited. "WOO! HELL YEAH! IN YOUR FACE ROSSI!!" He yelled to her. She on the other was confused & Pissed off. "w-WHAT?! W-WHAT DO U MEAN FIRED?! & HE'S NOT TAKING MY PLACE!!" "Yes he is. & Uh, how am I gonna explain this?...Oh yeah, U're being let go, turning into your Dad, disobeying my orders, going off to a different direction. Take your pick, I still got a whole list of reasons to fire u." I told her as I snapped my fingers to bring a scroll of my reasons she should be fired & gave it to her. "B-But I-U- Uh...But You're Highness, My family's been nothing, but loyal to your Dynasty for m-many years. I don't want to get fired like your father did to my father." With her hands together praying to me. "Sorry, but I ain't going back on what I said...So, whose in my chair? Come on U gotta go." I told her, she was angry that she might've got tears in her eyes. "I'll take her Cus, U gotta meeting with someone, right?" "I do right now, Thank u Felix! Have a good Life Lila!" I said in a giddy mood as Felix carries Lila Out of the room, so I can sit on my throne chair. "Okay, bring her in!" with excitement i said.

All I could hear behind the door were 2 girls & Nino (Must be Alya & My guest) for about 2 minuets. Then out of nowhere, my announcer with his horn was playing as I seen the door opened then closed "*Coughing, then clearing his throat* The Emperor meeting with the Daughter of Tom Dupain-Cheng in this room at this time has officially began!" he said very loudly, then he leaves the room with just her & me in a very big echoed quiet room.

I looked around to know where she was, but my eyes from where I was didn't see her. "*Clearing my throat* Excuse me, but uh where is sh-" "Down here You're Highness! Were u looking for me?" I look down to see her, the daughter of the Village leader,
