He froze and sat down on the couch.

His whole body collided with he ground you could tell his body was overworked. But still, you gotta make your body used to it.

Next was a hundred sit ups.

Saitama: Are you kidding me? My back starts hurting within the first 30!

Y/N: Push the limits then. Work it to a higher limit.

It took him 12 minutes to do 100 situps.

Next was squats. You didn't want to even watch this.

Saitama: 99...100!

He fell down, groaning in pain.

Saitama: I'm not going through this hell everyday.

Anyways, that's it for today. Better get a good rest for tommorow.
