The Elementals (A Pokémon Fan Fiction)

School is a joke

I was walking down the route back home to his home from training in Viridian forest. My belly gave a large rumble, indicating I was hungry. Pikachu laughed at his partner.

I blushed in embarrassment."Hey, I you had to run 5 miles because your partner decided to run off to look for berries, then tell me you're not hungry, speak to me then!"I pouted a little bit before running down the path.

"Last one down there is a rotten exeggutor!"I ran with all my might down the road, Pikachu trailing behind. Pikachu got an idea. He used Quick Attack and ran down the path, passing me in a second.

"Hey, no fair. I can't use that to run like you," I said, gaining my breath. 

"Pika Pi,"Was all Pikachu said,while making peace with his two fingers.

We came to a house across from a field.My house.We walked and cried that we'd came home, before loosing our breath to a deadly hug from their mom.

"Mo...m..c..ant...breath..."spitting out the words slowly as she'd pushed any hint of air out my system.She looked at me panting for air.

She took a step back before wrinkling her nose." Go get changed in some clean clothes, your father is coming home from work soon,".I nodded in agreement and ran up the stairs to get a shower and  some new clothes.

I came back and got changed but couldn't find my belt.'I wonder where it is?'I thought'Wait a second.I know who did this'.I quickly wore a blue and white striped jacket with a black shirt underneath,dark denim jeans, Nike air trainers, a black and red cap some black fingerless gloves with red rims.

I ran across the hallway and opened a door. I shouted for my little sister,"Blue,I know you have my belt and pokeballs!"A 14 year old girl younger sister with brown hair had a belt around her waist, my belt,giggled and jumped down the wardrobe before mocking me in a sing song voice,"Looking for something?"I gestured at my belt and she threw onto the ground and cheered."Now you have to chase me around my room until you catch me,".I sighed before chasing after her. After ten minutes, I manged to grab her,as Pikachu walked into Blues room to say it was dinner time.

We ran downstairs and sat at the table where my father, Red Zinnias Ketchum, was sitting down.My mom came into the dining hall holding a tray of lasagne.Me, Blue, and Dad had stars in our eyes as my mom put down the tray.

We dished and ate some lasagne before my father started up a conversation."So Ash, how was your last day at Professor Cerice's lab?" I turned to him and swallowed my food then spoke,"Well it was amazing! We had a big party and he recommended I head travel around all the regions and compete in the masters challenge.""Not this time I'm afraid."My mom said in a shaky voice. Now Blue decided to speak"Why, Ash has travelled around all the regions and has always decided his path?"Dad looked at us and quickly said without looking in my eyes."Because...You're going to Amour Island around the Kalos region to go to The WIA."I looked shocked, then confused. Pikachu and the rest of my companions tilted their heads."Whats the WIA?"This is when my mom replied"The World International Academy."I stood up my chair and shouted"School!?!?"
