"Aizawa, why do I even have to do this training? I don't even want to become a hero!"  14 year old (Y/n) (L/n) was currently doing fight training with Aizawa in the field.

Wind blew through her (H/c) locks as she was hunched over panting. Training with Aizawa was tough, very tough for the poor girl.

Beds of sweat dripped down her forehead, sun rays hitting her face, they both could hear the rivers water hitting off rocks. The cold air nipping at her skin.

"I told you many times! I don't want to be a hero! I never asked to be a hero! I don't want to use my quirk for any kind violence!"

Aizawa sighed, he starting to get annoyed. (Y/n) wouldn't use her quirk to attack him the whole training session, and they've been training for 4 hours now.

"Take a break.." Aizawa walked over to the towels and drinks, (Y/n) following to not far behind.

"I don't get why hero's fight violence with violence, it just breeds more violence!"

"(Y/n) we do it to protect our citizens. We do it to make sure everyones safe."

She sighed before responding; "..No matter how much I try to accept the fact that I'm going to use my flames to possibly hurt someone, I just can't.. Even if it's for a good cause... It's like..it's like ...something is screaming at me not too.. I don't get it... "

she sighed and looked at her sweaty hand with a slight frown.

Aizawa took a deep breath and exhaled. "You will, you'll see. You're just too young."

"...too young...." she mumbled.

'When am I not 'too young'? When will I get the answers I desire?'

She sighed and place down her ice cold water. She laid flat on the ground, her face implanted in the grass. Aizawa chuckled at her.

"You alright?"

". . . ."

"I'm having me time."

The two of them entered Aizawas home. (Y/n) would be staying in Aizawas house tonight since he didn't have any hero duty's tonight.

They both took off their shoes and walked through the hallway to get to the kitchen.

"Hey, Aizawa?" He hummed back in response, that was enough for (y/n) to continue.

"Nemuri said she'd take me shopping tomorrow for a girls day out, is that alright?.." she asked as she slid up on the kitchen counter.

Aizawa only looked at her out of the corner of his eye before responding. "Sure kid, you've worked hard all week. Enjoy your day out tomorrow."

(Y/n) pouted, "I am not a kid.." She crossed her arms, glaring at him. "But thank you!" Her face softened as she gave the male a big smile.

"Dinner will be ready in a while, go have a shower while you wait." She nodded and slid off the counter and ran up the stairs.

"No running in the house!"

"My apologies!!"

She laid flat on her bed and sighed. Looking at the roof as she started to slowly space out in her thoughts. So many unanswered questions filled her head;

'Why is being a hero so cool?...why are they making me become one? It's all so confusing..' she sighed, she felt so lost. She had no idea what her future would hold. She didn't want to know either,

'Let's just see where the future takes us..'

The (h/c)-ette sat up in her bed. Lately she was always scared to sleep because of the nightmares she's been having.

..but at the same time she wanted to fall asleep before she fell apart, Because lately she hasn't been doing great. The stress of becoming a hero was weighing on her. She wanted to puke anytime she thought of anything to do with it.

She knew she had no choice, she knew she wasn't alone in this, she knew she'd have to use her quirk for some kind of violence eventually.. she just didn't want to actually acknowledge it in a way.

She did want to thank UA by taking her in, she just didn't want to thank them in the way they wanted.

To be honest, she was terrified of her flames but they also comforted her. She was scared of losing control again. She was scared of hurting someone. She believed her flames were meant to hurt, but she wanted to change that.

She looked down at the palm of her hand. She made a small flower out of her golden flames, it just slightly levitated above her palm.

'Sometimes that things that scare you can be beautiful..and you'll start to appreciate it, but soon enough it will just go back to the way it always was. It constantly scaring you.'

The (H/c) hair female just sighed, clenching her fists, the flower now gone. She gripped onto the bed sheets, her eyebrows furrowed.

'Why can't I just accept—'

"Stop that."

"E-eh?!"

She quickly swayed her head to face the door frame. There stood the one and only Shota Aizawa, leaning against the door frame with his arms crossed. Her eyes quickly widened. 'How long has be been there?!'

"You'll get wrinkles at an early age if you keep making that face." he walked over to her and poked in between her eyebrows as she slightly pouted.

"I knew something was up, you barley touched your food." He sat down in her desk chair and faced her with a raised eyebrow, waiting for some kind of response.

She stayed silent, looking down at her lap as her hair formed a shadow over her eyes. After a few second of silence, Aizawa sighed.

"You shouldn't be scared of your quirk, it's your ally. You shouldn't be scared of who you're working with."

"H-huh??" She raises her head and stared at him with a confused face.

"..you should get some rest, it's late. You don't want to be tired on your...'girls day out' tomorrow do you now?" The female slightly shook her head. She laid on her side as she pulled the covers over her.

Aizawa got up and walked to the door, turning off the lights before leaving.

'My ally?'

"Aizawa?"
"Yes, (L/n)?"

"Goodnight.."

". . . ."

"Goodnight (y/n)"

'My ally huh? I never thought of it that way.. thank you Aizawa..'
