After an hour and a half, she came to rather groggy. You immediately went into action by using the knife to cut open the back of her shirt, then came the fun part......you brought the knife to the left side where her ribs connect to the spine, and start sawing them off to separate the ribs from the spine, repeat the process on the right side. The victim is shrieking under that gag, lots of pain tears and muffled sobs and cries of pain.
Step 2 is opening the back up. You drop the knife and push your hands into the incisions and pull, ripping the flesh. After opening the back you take the lungs and move them to lay on her shoulders.
You leave, she'll bleed out in the next half hour if she's tough.
