It was a a very cloudy Saturday, and today at 9am and I was on my way to a cafe for a cup of good coffee and the heading off to the city library to study for senior finals. It's been 2 days since what happened in detention with Lisa and I, we haven't really talked much after that. At the same time I was shocked but also very happy. Feeling her soft lips on mine was an indescribable feeling.

*ting-a-ling*

The bell above the door rings when I open and walk in. Im greeted by a voice behind the cashier,

??: good morning!-

I looked up and saw Lisa behind the counter, my eyes widened and I blushed slightly.

Y/n: oh, H-heyy Lisa..

I chuckled nervously and walked over to her. There was an awkward silence between us for a few seconds.

Lisa: umm haha so what would you like?

She asked finally breaking the silence. I let out a sigh of relief smiled and told her my order,

Y/n: i-ill have just a coffee with milk... To-go.

Lisa: that will be $5.65

I payed with my card then Lisa wrote down my order on a piece of paper, smiled back and went back to the batista to make my drink. I started to walk to a near by table to sit down and wait.

Surprisingly this cafe was fully empty for a Saturday, no body was here except Lisa, the barista, and me.

After about 5 or 10 minutes Lisa called me up for my coffee, as I walked up she seemed to have a nervous and scared look on her face as she handed me the cup. I thanked her and was about to take a sip of coffee while walking out the door, but noticed there was a small piece of paper attached to the top of the lid of my cup. I stopped, looked at it in confusion, it said "wanna go out? 👉👈 *phone number* - Lisa".

I looked back at the counter to see where Lisa was, she wasn't there. Where did she go all of a sudden? My heart started to race, I was shaking slightly with the piece of paper and my drink still in my hands. I sat down at the same table and quickly pulled out my phone then typed the number in. With a deep breath I texted,

I heard a noise from behind the counter which sounded like a phone getting a notification. I smiled slightly, still blushing and my heart still racing, I texted again...

9:19am: no no I understand what you mean
9:21am: umm, I'm going to the library later, wanna come with me if you can?

Lisa 9:21am: omg yes of course! My shift ends in like 15 minutes
Lisa 9:21am: can u wait that long?

9:22am: yeah sure, I'll wait here
