Ok. So this will be my first book but this part will just be an introduction. Please don't comment bad. Thanks. So I hope you enjoy my book. :)

RING! RING!

The ringing of my phone wakes me up from my sleep.

Groaning, I reach my hand until I feel the familiar coldness of my phone.

Without looking at the caller I.D I answer in my raspy tired voice.

"Hello?"

"Cassie?" A familiar voice says.

I sit upright scratching my head.

"Yes, who is it?"

"Its me Genesis." The 'Genesis' girl says.

I blink. Genesis? Did I know a Genesis.

Suddenly it hits me.

"Genesis? As in Genesis Reed?" I ask.

"The one and only. How could you forget your favorite cousin?" Genesis chuckled.

I can't believe that I finally get to talk to her!

"Well, its kinda easy since you've been studying in France for 2 years." I giggle.

"Yeah yeah, anyways I'm coming back in a week."

"In a week?"

"Yup, my mom wanted to start another business in Cali."

"Thank Goodness. I have so much to tell you. First this guy transfered into school right before school ended and he totally-"

"Save that for when I get back. I gotta go. See you soon." Genesis cuts me off then hangs up.

I sigh, chuckling quietly to myself.

I guess you should know more about me.

I'm Cassie Brook Edwards. Your average 16 teenage girl. I have 4 other family members. My mom, dad, and my sweet younger sisters. My 14 year old sister is Serenity. A total girly-girl. Then there's my 8 year old sister Violet. A sweet angel. Then my sweet and loving parents. And last but not least me.

I have light brown wavy hair up to my the end of my hip. Green eyes with specks of hazel. Im fairly tanned since we live in California.

I'm half French and half American.

It's a pleasure to meet you. All though I can't see you.
