The room was crowded. Many people came to watch the culprit of a terrible murder go to jail. To watch her get what she deserved. Poor Jasmine. Someone who was my best friend. Someone I did everything with.

"I couldn't tell you how upset I was when I found out she was killed. I didn't know she was actually going to do it." I wiped a fake tear as I looked at the person that was questioning me.

"So you and Jasmine were close?" He asked.

"Yes very close. Me and Jasmine was going to go on a trip together."

These lawyers and jury and judge were suckers. I couldn't believe they were this stupid. This is all a game to me. The guy sat down and Mrs. Rojas got up holding a piece of paper.

"So you said that Octavia didn't just tell you and Ashton in person but also texted you, am I correct?"

"Yes"

I watched as she handed the judge and jury a copy of the phone records. I wanted to smile but I knew if I did, the other lawyer guy would use that against me.

"What you're reading now is phone records of Octavia telling Ariel that she is going to 'strangle the life out of this bitch, she has no right to be in my business. She will pay and get what she deserves.' Now people of the jury, we have solid evidence that Octavia murdered Jasmine out of pure hatred. If you let this girl go free you're not just letting Jasmine down but you will be putting her next target in danger."

She sat down and the guy got up. He looked at me and then at the jury.

"People of the jury, what you see now is a misunderstanding. This girl has her life ahead of her. She is not dangerous to the public or to herself. Do not throw her life away because of a girl the committed suicide. There's many of possibility's on how her necklace and DNA got there. So please, let this girl live her life."

I watched as the jury got up and walked out. The judge asked me to leave the bench. I walked over and sat with Ashton and my moms.

A few minutes passed and the jury walked back out. Some of them looked nerves and others looked confident. Some sat down but one lady stayed standing.

"Has the jury come to a verdict?" The judge asked.

"Yes your honor."

"The charge of homicide of Jasmine Stimle what do you plea?"

The lady looked at her paper then to Octavia and back to the paper. You could tell she was nervous.

"We find the defendant guilty."

"The charge of manslaughter of Jacob Chelsey, what do you plea?"

"Guilty your honor."

"With that being said, case dismissed."

I looked over at Octavia and she looked confused. I guess she didn't believe that he was really dead. It crazy how a dead man and two people can make it look like someone committed suicide. All I had to do was have him hack into their phones and make it seem like they got into a fight. He didn't think anything about it, maybe because I had a gun to his head.

All me and Ash had to do was drive him to his place, make it look like a break in, and make it look like he was shot. Again. The gun part was hard. I remember that Octavia kept one in her car and it was the same as my mothers. They both lived close, so it wasn't hard to get things we needed. All I had to do was put some flood on the handle and hide it in her car. It was very easy to leave some nice DNA around.

The cops took Octavia away and everyone started to leave. Everyone hugged the other and Jacobs parents and Heidi cried fr him. Poor Heidi, if only I could tell her I did this for all of use. Something had to be done.

I walked out of the building after everything that happened. Jacobs parents took Heidi home and Ashton left with her moms. The front of the court was filled with reporters, trying to get the news on what happened. Some people pushed past but others just wanted to be on tv.

I was able to push past them and walk to the parking lot. It was almost empty now. I pulled my keys out of my bag and pressed the unlock button. I walked over to the drivers side but stopped in my tracks. Red words filled covered the side of my car. It was fresh since the paint was still dripping.

I almost dropped my bag and phone. It couldn't be true. This wasn't real. I looked around to see if I could find anyone that at least looked suspicious. My heart pounded faster and faster. Who would do this? Who knows? I looked at the writing one more time before calling Ashton.

'You will not get away with this. I know what all of you did.'
