As soon as Taehyung knew Jeongguk was out of the apartment, he pounced, grabbing Kyunhae by the neck. He slammed the human into the wall, knowing full well that he was about to lose full control of his anger.
A deep, menacing growl rumbled in his throat, power heating the blood in his veins. He further pressed the now whimpering human into the wall, nearly spitting in his face.
"Fucking scum. You're coming with me. For every day that your father refuses to send Jeongguk's mother here, you shall be tortured and fed off of for twenty four hours. By the time three days pass, I'm sure you'll be dead."
"I suggest that your father becomes smart, and sends her immediately. Or who knows what will become of you."
Taehyung smirked wickedly, feeling the beast inside of him stir in excitement before watching the human fall unconscious. Once he was no longer awake, Taehyung slung the male over his shoulder effortlessly, and made his way out of the apartment.
Jimin and Hoseok followed behind him, being eerily quiet.
"Jimin, Hoseok. Know that I will never treat Jeongguk as I do my enemies. He tames my inner beast rather than excites it. I know I will never hurt him, so please be assured of that."
Not a moment later, Kunhae's motionless body was thrown into the passenger seat of the limo, and then Taehyung was guided into the backseat, almost immediately being tackled by Jeongguk.
The human immediately began checking Taehyung's body for signs of harm, rambling about offering blood if he was injured or tired. Fresh tears had welled up in the human's eyes, which caused a sharp feeling of guilt to coil in his stomach.
He sighed, and pulled Jeongguk onto his lap, holding his human close as he buried his face in the younger's neck, slowly inhaling his addicting scent.
"You're okay now, my queen. He won't harm you again, and your mother will be safe. I swear to you, I will keep you happy and safe. Neither of you shall suffer again."
