"He is good to go." The nurse smiled as she took the discharge papers from Rue.
"Thank you." Rue chimed as she grabbed the handle of the twins stroller and Mateo grabbed Lucas wheelchair and they headed out of the hospital.
"I have a car waiting for us." Mateo told Rue as they exited the hospital.
"Okay." Rue answered with no question what so ever as she followed a slightly shocked Mateo.
The chauffeur opened the door for Rue revealing two car seats for the twins and one for Luca. Rue smiled to herself as she picked Jazlyn up and sat her on the car seat and Mateo took Kaiden. After Mateo got Kaiden into his car seat he carefully picked up Luca and got him buckled into his. Mateo then motioned for Rue to take a seat and she gladly slide into the suv. Mateo sat in the seat by her as he motioned for the chauffeur to start driving.
Mateo cleared his throat and asked the question that has been burning him alive since Rue kissed him, "So, when are you and the twins going home?"
Rue smiled and looked over at Mateo and answered, "Well.." She began slowly trailing off, she pushed a loose strand of hair behind her ear and laughed nervously under her breath, "I was wondering if you wouldn't mind me and the twins.. well staying?" She asked as she looked over at Mateo.

1 year later
"Happy Birthday!" Luca chimed as he kissed a sleepy Jazlyn on the cheek and Kaiden on the head.
"Luca calm down." Rue insisted as she rubbed her eyes in a attempt to wake them up a little more.
Mateo walked up from behind her and wrapped his arms around her waist and rested his chin on her shoulder, "Let him have his fun, it's his siblings first birthday." He laughed as he kissed her shoulder lightly. "I'll make breakfast."
Rue huffed as she sat the twins down in their walkers and sat down on the couch.
"Mommy, no frowns!" Luca stated as he crossed his arms.
Mateo walked over to the couch and handed Rue a cup of chai tea, specially masala chai tea. Rue took it happily and smiled as she took a sip.
"Thank you." She chimed as she continued to drink her tea.
"Yay! Mommy is happy now!" Luca started to dance around. Jazlyn giggled as Kaiden started to clap his hands to the beat of Lucas dance.
"Luca, one or two pancakes?" Mateo called out from the kitchen.
"One please!" Luca shouted back.
Luca started playing with the twins as Rue grabbed her favorite book, Dark Lover. She pulled her legs under her body as she started to read from her last mark spot.
A few minutes later Mateo called out from the kitchen, "Breakfast is ready!"
Rue marked her place in her book as Luca ran to the dining room. Mateo came into the living room and grabbed Jazlyn.
"I'll get her ready if you get Kaiden." He took Rue as he gave her a quick kiss on the cheek. She nodded in response as she picked up Kaiden who started to giggle as she gave him kisses on the cheek. She walks into the kitchen and places him in his high chair besides Jazlyn.
She looked over the table to all the food Mateo made, all nicely placed in a beautiful layout.
"You did all this for the twins birthday?" She asks as she sits on the chair Mateo had pulled out for her.
"Kindof.." He shrugged as she pushed her chair in.
He sat down across the table and placed Jazzys, and Kaidens plates in front of them.
"Can I eat now?" Luca questioned excitedly.
"Yes." Rue and Mateo answersed at the same time.
As Luca started to eat Rue started to cut her pancake. Mateo waiting patiently as he watched her.
She took a bite out of the pancake and paused as she bite into something hard. She raised a eyebrow cautiously as she pulled the hard object out of her mouth. She looked down in her hand and her eyes grew wide.
"Mateo is this a-" She was cut short of her question as Mateo took the ring out of her hand and cleaned it off. Luca stopped eating and watched the scene in front of him unfold.
"Rue," Mateo begun as he got down on one knee beside Rue, Rue turned her body towards him as tears prickled her eyes, "after everything we have been through and after everything I have done you have come back to me. You have forgave me over over and over again, and every-time you do it's a relief for me in so many ways. I have loved you for all these years and I have a terrible way of showing it. But I must ask you now before I mess up again.. Will you, Rue Elizabeth Cooper, make me the happiest, luckiest man alive and marry me?" He finished as he looked up at her.
She stared down at him in shock, not answered.
"Mommy, this is were you say yes.." Luca insisted as he started bouncing excitedly in his seat.
Rue smiled widely as she began to nod, "Yes, yes!" She laughed as Mateo slid the ring onto her finger and she jumped into his arms and hugged him. He hugged her back tightly as he released the breath he has been holding in. Rue leaned back and kissed him.
And that was only the beginning of the Greatest Love Story of all time.

I have completely lost all ideas for this book. This chapter alone took me 3 days to get all together. I wanted to write more but I couldn't. But I had to add a happy ending!
