Dedicated to my loyal readers. I love you all so much ❤️Ore peeped through a tiny crack on the wall by the common room area before heading out of the hostel. She spotted Dami awkwardly pacing the entire length of the block in a tight black slack and a well pressed white sleeved shirt. He had his arms crossed and a worried expression marring his handsome features.
Ore blew out a frustrated breath and slowly made her way over to him. She was about announcing her presence when Dami turned and concentrated his intense gaze on her. Ore was still for a moment.
Dami's eyes looked sunken and his beard was evidently overgrown and needed a fresh shave. His gold lip ring glinted in the evening rays of the sun and gave an edge to his sharp jaw line.
He bit softly on his lips and ran to engulf Ore in a hug before she could utter a word. It wasn't up to a full minute, she shrugged out of his embrace and looked him over coldly.
"Ore, what the hell has been going on?" Dami asked worriedly. He heaved a sigh and let his hands fall limp by his side. Ore gulped on seeing the slight bulge in his trouser. She raised an eyebrow and pointed at it hideously.
"Is that . . .?"
Dami nodded his head and smiled briefly. "I have boners everytime I am near you."
"Waoh, are you serious?" Ore spoke in amazement. "God, I never knew."
"There are things you don't need to know." Dami's tone went defensive and Ore frowned.
"What do you mean by that?" She queried. "Is that like how you are now hiding stuffs from me?"
"Gosh, I am not hiding anything from you, I told you I had a work emergency." Ore wrung her hand together in an obvious show of discomfort as she peered over people that were passing by and casting them glances.
"Look, we can't talk here," she stated. "We better head inside."
"Head inside?" Dami questioned snickering under his breath. "This place fucking smells."
"Well, welcome to the real world." Ore shuffled her feet and walked through the entrance with her face downcast. She had least expected Dami to come looking for her and talk so brashly about where she stayed.
She sat on an empty seat by a far corner and tapped her nails impatiently on the wooden table. Dami joined her few minutes after he had taken a good look around the noisy and littered environment.
There was a small shop further down with a few girls in their shorts and singlet crowding the entrance to purchase either snacks or little necessities. To his right was a long passageway leading to different wings connected by an office he guessed was for the supervisors in charge.
